Agatha POV
After we went to Ethan’s other properties we went home immediately the next day. Even when we were on the way home, he didn’t talk to me and he was treating me cold.
The last conversation Ethan and I had before we got home came to my mind again. I thought he would change his opinion of me but I was wrong.
FLASHBACK ..
When Ethan came out I just cried and cried until he came back to the room.
“Why are you crying? I didn’t hurt you. ” he made a firm promise.
“You don’t know how much pain I felt at that time Agatha, I did everything for you just to show my love for you that even though you left me for your dream I endured and when you came back I thought everything will be okay but not yet. You choose to hurt me for the second time. “I’m sorry Ethan, I don’t want that to happen to you. I also don’t want to hurt you when I go to the bar but I’m just afraid to gamble because I might hurt you again eventually. ” I explained.
“You don’t know how much I hate you now Agatha.” he pulled me violently.
“Ethan please, let go.” I beg.
“Stop! Stop acting that you are a victim here, stop acting that you are the one who’s hurt here! ”
“I thought you were back to normal but I was wrong, you really changed! I don’t know you anymore. ” I promise.
I saw his glaring eyes looking at me, if the look was just deadly I’m sure I’ve been stunned before. “Don’t blame me for what I am now, blame yourself because you are the reason why I become like this!” he insisted.
“Ethan, I still love you! My feelings for you have not changed. ” I confess to him.
He was stunned for a moment because of what I said and later laughed heartily.
“Stop it! I will never believe in you! If you love me you will not be able to hurt me. I gave you all my time and love and even though you were not ready to reciprocate it I still understand and wait for you. How many times have I tried to fight my love for you to show that I am serious about my feelings but have you ever been able to fight for me? ”
“What do you want me to do to prove to you that I love you? How can you forgive me? ” I asked, crying.
“Ever since I met you and told myself what I really feel for you I have done everything, I have protected you and I have not let other people hurt you by not knowing that you will be the one to hurt me, not once but how many times. I didn’t feel that you love and care for me.” he said softly.
How many times have I been swallowed up because of what he said, he was right when he told me and I never once made him feel that I love him while he always put me first and thought.
“I know you’re mad at me Ethan and I feel that way too to myself but I’m still hoping that day will come that you will forgive me because I won’t get tired of asking you for that thing. And I hope you can accept me into your life and love me again. “I said.
“Do you think that thing will happen Agatha? I’m done fooling around with you and I won’t do it again. ” he ejaculated seriously and left the room.
END OF FLASHBACK…
I just gasped to remember that thing, I didn’t know what to do so that he would just forgive me. I can’t rush him because I know the wound I caused him was still there. I didn’t know he had an accident and was in a coma. I’m just hoping that my old Ethan comes back.
I am the one to blame for ruining what we have, I am the one who ruined him and his love. I don’t deserve his love but I love him and now I will be the one to fight for him for the both of us even if he already gives up.
Maybe if I had just been able to fight him we would be happy by now. If I found out what happened to him. I won’t leave him, I’ll stay by his side until he wakes up but now I can’t go back in time because that has already happened.
I got up and decided to just cook lunch because I was getting tired of fast food so I prefer to eat by myself when I cook. Fortunately, I was able to get to the grocery store and I also arranged my belongings because I put away and changed the style of my unit.
