Agatha POV

After we ate, I would have helped Nay Ana to clean up but she said that I should just rest and since I had nothing to do so I just went into the room and changed.

I had been lying in bed for an hour already but I still couldn’t sleep so I just got up and sat down. I looked around in  Ethan’s room, because he directed me here even though I said I could stay in the guest room.

Soon the door opened and Ethan entered, he was even surprised to see me still awake.

“Why are you still awake?” he asked.

“Because drowsiness hasn’t visited me yet.” I answered.

“Maybe you’re not used to sleeping in this house.”

I shook my head. “I’m not like that, It’s just that I’m not sleepy. ”

He nodded. “I’ll just go to the comfort room to change.” he sighed and went straight to the bathroom.

I get even more nervous when Ethan is close to me, but I have no other choice because I need to win his heart again.

I waited for him to finish and soon he came out of the bathroom. I can still see the water dripping from her hair, it looks like it has been bathed.

“Ahm, Ethan can we talk?” I said.

He looked at me as he wiped his hair. “About what?”

“About what happened then.” I said.

“What is it? And why do you want to talk? The thing that is done cannot be back again, ” he said seriously.

“I know that and I also know that you hate me, but I still want to apologize to you.” I said.

“Why are you apologizing to me, Agatha? Because you choose to leave me or for hurting me? ” traces in his voice the resentment.

“It’s not an easy decision for me.” I promise.

“But you still did, didn’t you? You still chose to hurt me. Are you happy now Agatha?” I looked at him because of his question.

“W-what do you mean Ethan?”

“Are you happy with your life?” he repeats.

“Of course! Why not?” I answered him.

“What do you mean? You should be happy with what you are now. Ethan you have everything in life, you are well-known and successful. ” I said.

He laughed heartily. “I have everything? I don’t think so. ”

I was surprised by what he said. “Why?” I ask.

He looked at me seriously. “I don’t have everything in my life like what you are saying because if I had it I would be completely happy. I am not complete yet because the person I loved so much chose to hurt me, you hurt me Agatha. ” he spoke sharply.

I was about to speak when he suddenly suspiciously approached me and crushed me with a kiss. I don’t know what my reaction would be due to the shock.

“Ethan.” in a whisper I uttered his name.

He looked at me and touched my face. “I hate you Agatha.”

I could hardly speak because of what he said, I randomly felt the pain, anger and pain he felt when saying those words.

I know in myself that he has changed a lot since I left him and I can’t blame him because I brought him into our situation today. He did nothing but love me but I always hurt him even though I knew in myself if I loved him, dearly loved.

“Forgive me Ethan.” the tears that I had been holding back began to drip.

“Do you think it’s that easy Agatha? You hurt and crushed me how times but I still choose and love you1 You make me like a fool!. You don’t know what I went through that night because of you I had an accident! ” he shouted at me, I saw in his eyes again the great anger.

My eyes widened because of what he said. “Accident?” I ask.

“You don’t know? Well, how can you know what happens if you don’t care about me? And to answer your question, yes I had an accident the night when you left me at the bar. I’ve been in a coma for 8 months, Agatha! Gian thought I’m not going to wake up. ”

My tears started to flow because of what I found out. “I’m sorry Ethan, I don’t know.”

“You are the reason I became like this Agatha, why I changed! When I woke up, I promised to myself that I would never forgive you. ”

I held his hand because it was obvious that he was just holding back his anger. Knowing if the emotions he was feeling were already mixing.

“Ethan …” I calmed him down.

“If you want me to forgive you then let me do this to you.”

Before I could speak he quickly laid me on the bed and kissed me, I even struggled with him because I knew if he was just angry he could do this thing.

“Ethan, stop it please.” I whispered softly to him.

“Don’t fight anymore because you can’t do anything, you want me to forgive you right?”

“N-not this way Ethan!” I shouted and pushed him hard. “I know I caused you too much pain and let me make it up to you but not in a way like this Ethan, don’t ruin your life. This is not you, this is not the Ethan I know. ” I said while crying.

“It is because of you Agatha! You made me like this. And you think I’ll still listen and believe you? I know you’re just telling lies! I will not let you fool me again. ” I could see the burning anger in his eyes so I looked away because I couldn’t see his anger.

“I know, but I didn’t know you had an accident. That’s why I apologize to you but I hope we don’t end up like this. I want you to forgive me but I know it’s not that easy. I want you to be happy Ethan. ” I said.

He wiped his face. “You really never fail to hurt me Agatha.” after he said that he left the room.

I couldn’t help but not cry because of what happened to us.
