Ethan POV

When Agatha told me that she had returned, I went straight to her condo. I’m going to visit Hernandez estate today and I’ll take her with me, she has no other choice because I’m blackmailing her.

After a minute I saw her approaching where I was while carrying her bag. We will be there for one day only because I still have work.

“Where are we going? And why do I have to come?” she asked me as she sat next to me.

“I need to visit my family.” I answered her.

Her eyes widened. “W-what? Family? Do you already have a wife and a child? ” she asked incredulously.

“What I mean is the other business of the Hernandezes. Psh! Don’t ask too many questions. ” I said.

She frowned and leaned her head back in her chair. Sometimes she was really loud and inquisitive.

After a few hours’ drive we also reached hacienda Hernandez, I looked at Agatha and she seemed to be sound asleep but I had to wake her up. I approached her and patted her a few times.

“Hey Agatha, wake up.”

She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me.

“Wake up, we’re here.”I said.

She immediately straightened up and followed me. When we got down, we were immediately greeted by the two couples who run the Hacienda.

“It’s good that you are already here, how was your trip?” Nay Ana asked me at the same time as she hugged me.

“Everything is okay Nay.” I answered.

“You have someone with you. Who is she?” Tay Greg exclaimed while looking behind me.

I approached Agatha and pulled the two closer. “Agatha, this is Nay Ana and Tay Greg, they are in charge of our hacienda.” I introduce her.

“Hello.” Agatha greeted them.

“Your girlfriend is beautiful.” Tay Greg said while smiling.

“Of course I will always choose a gorgeous woman but honestly she is kind and loving that’s why.” I smiled and said that Agatha was surprised.

“Welcome to the Hacienda of Hernandez Agatha.” Nay Ana said with a smile.

“Thank you very much.” Agatha replied.

“And about you Ethan, are you really sure that you are okay now? We heard what happened to you, my wife is very worried. ” Suddenly Tay Greg promised.

“Let’s not talk about that thing Tay, Nay. The important thing is that I am okay and safe. ” I promise.

“Next time take care of yourself, we can’t avoid accidents and danger in our life that’s why you need to be extra careful all the time.” Nay Ana said.  “Anyway, let’s go inside so that we can already eat. I cook your favorite foods Ethan and I know both of you are also tired and need rest.” she added.

I immediately nodded at them. “Are you okay?” I turned to Agatha and asked her.

She looked at me and smiled. When we were already inside the house, there was a lot of food on the table. I was used to Nay Ana like this when I was visiting here.

I motioned for Agatha to sit down . “You cooked a lot, Nay.” I said.

“You know how excited she is when you inform us that you will be here.” Tay Greg laughed.

“Of course, this boy doesn’t always visit here because he is too busy with his business. And another thing is that Luke and Ethan  are the only two left in their family so I miss them both.” Nay Ana said.

Luke and I have been here at the hacienda since we were kids, even before my mom and dad got married, they were already here, so they almost managed and took care of this place..

We started eating while chatting, Agatha also started talking from time to time and seemed to be able to adjust to where we were.

“You guys, when do you plan to get married? So that you can settle down already Ethan.” Nay Ana suddenly asked in the middle of our meal. Agatha suddenly.

“We haven’t talked about that thing but we’ll get there soon.” I answered.

“It’s good that you have plans to marry her, I can see that you love each other. It is also better for you to have a wife so that someone can take care of you and you have someone to be with in life. ” Tay Greg groaned.

I just smiled and continued eating. We almost couldn’t finish what Nay Ana had prepared because of the amount so she put the rest in the refrigerator  because it can still be eaten the next day.

After we ate, I was left with Tay Greg while Nay Ana started cleaning the dining table. Agatha wanted to help her but she just told her to rest.

“How are you and the hacienda?” I asked Tay Greg.

“Life is still the same here at the hacienda, our clients are even more numerous.” he replied.

“It’s good then. Thank you for taking care of the Hacienda. ” I said.

He smiled. “This has been our business since the beginning and this hacienda has helped us a lot, especially your family, so we will never get tired of taking care of it. How are you?”

I know what he means. “I’m fine, maybe I can say that a lot has changed in my life now than before. Since Dad died I had no choice but to hold all of our family property. And another thing is that until now I still don’t know where Luke is. ” I honestly said.

“I know that your mom and dad are very proud of you even if they are not there, you have proven a lot and I know that you will do anything for the success of the Hernandez Properties. And about your brother , he is good at hiding. ”

I laughed because of what he said. “You’re right, I paid some private investigators just to find him but none of them can find him. After all, he is still a Hernandez and he has money.”
