” DNA test is not enough to prove you have a share in the property. It was stated in the Court, Only Cathy could access it .”

” Of course only Cathy can access it and that is why I have come to politely request for it.”

” No! The court has to do that, that’s their job. ”

He brought out an envelope and handed it over to Nelly,

“That’s enough proof…subsequent evidence will be shown only in court if Cathy tries to act stubborn.” He said.

He left afterwards and immediately Nelly rushed to Cathy tearing the envelope open .

” I don’t understand, we have to see Mr. Kim. He can tell us the truth.”

” I can’t leave Axl here, he needs me.” Cathy said.

” Why are you acting like such a baby, you are a public figure sure you can make your way into the hearts of the doctor by just a few notes.” Nelly explained.

“What do you mean?” Cathy asked, confused.

” Inform the doctor you have something to do, and let a nurse be assigned to him.”

” I will do that right away. Give me 5 minutes.”

” I will be outside waiting in the car.”

” Doctor, I have some urgent work to do. I need a nurse to watch my husband.”

” That’s not a problem but the body of yoye father-in-law has to be taken as soon as possible.”

” I will send someone to get it.”

” No. You will have to do that yourself. Your signature is needed.”

” It’s fine…how about my husband, will he recover.”

“We can’t say for sure but we hope he gets better.”

” Thank you so much doctor.”

She left and met Nelly waiting in the car,

” Did everything go as planned?”

” Yes…but I will have to come back by evening to check on Axl and fill done documentation on Me. Anderson’s body ”

” That’s on you…I have nothing to do with both father and son.”

She started the car and it left the hospital premises leaving tyre marks on the ground.

The court was already closed, only a few staff were still present. Nelly had already phoned Mr. Kim knew that they would be coming, so it wasn’t surprising when they found his door opened, his secretary informed them that he had only stepped out to answer a call.

His secretary, Anne showed them to a seat where they sat waiting for him. She left and came back after few minutes serving tea and some snacks. Cathy ate a little and that was when she discovered how hungry she was. She had not taken anything since after breakfast. Mr. Kim came back after some minutes and they presented the papers after pleasantries.

“What do the papers say?” Cathy asked.

“As rightly presumed, he has a share in the property. If it becomes a court case then he has the right to ask for the properties.” He explained.

“It is so wrong, Mr. Anderson never mentioned it.” Nelly protested.

“Axl isn’t anywhere recovering. The doctor said he lost a lot of blood.”

” Today is just the worst day ever.” Cathy mutterd.

” Thank you, Mr. Kim.”

She shook his hands and left to her car.

“Where are we going now?” Nelky asked.

” Home…I need a warm bath and not less than an 8 hours sleep. ”

Nelly drove the car home in silence, she had so many thoughts on her mind. The day both ladies had waited for so long to experience was now the worse bday ever.

Nelly was happy Mr. Anderson had to pay for his crime but she would have wanted a more intense death, for him to suffer before dieing. The same way he had made her mother suffer, that what the same hind if pain she wanted for him.

” Are you still angry at Mr. Anderson?”Cathy asked, breaking the silence she must have noticed how tightly she held the steering wheel.

” I don’t want to talk about it now, we need to rest after a stressful journey.”

Cathy didn’t bother to say another word, she didn’t want to ruin her mood that was already ruined. They got home and Cathy went to her room straight up. She had a warm bath which had been prepared for her and got dressed but she felt tired and decided to rest for a while.

While Cathy was asleep, Mr. Kim came over. He had got news.

” Is anything the problem? We just met some minutes ago.” Nelly was surprised to see him.

” I got a letter today, a court case.”

” What’s it all about?”

” Mr. Ryan…he has submitted a court proposal for his share of the property.”

“That fool. This is a prove he wants just the property.” She rolled her hand into a fist.
