Instead of scolding for everything, one should ask the pup about the reason behind him/her doing it and correct him/her at that time with love. Instead of embarrassing the pups in public, one should confront them privately.
“Okay then, let’s start with his family. Calvin is the third child of his parents; Caroline and Colton are his older siblings, while Liara and Tiara is his younger sibling or, say, sisters. Both Colton and Calvin are twins, just like Liara and Tiara.”
“Twins?”
“Yes!! It is in family genes from Calvin’s father’s end. It’s not compulsory that one can’t have a single pup. Obviously, it is possible.” Nelina said with a smile.
‘That’s why I was also blessed with twins.’ Ethlyn thought before speaking. “I can already see that as an example, Caroline is a single child and maybe the oldest among all, isn’t she?”
“Actually, Mr. & Mrs. Haysbert adopted her when she was a day old,” Nelina replied with a smile. “I was appointed by them as a nanny for her years back.”
“Oh, you’re that old,” Ethlyn said.
“Old? Do you think I’m old?” Nelina asked with a serious face.
“No. Not at all. You look like you’re in your sweet sixteen.” Ethlyn said that same line to Nelina, which she heard Roselet using to make Nelina smile.
“You’re coping your pup’s cheese line.” Nelina laughed. “That’s her way to get her things done. By the way, I was just kidding.” She added.
“So, where I was!! Yes, I used to look after Caroline in the beginning, then Lee and Tee, while Jake, my husband, looked after Calvin and Colton in the absence of their parents. Caroline, Colton, and Lee were self-dependent, while Calvin and Tee were the most pampered pups of the family.”
After an hour, Ethlyn realized that she could just know the details of Calvin by all this, not his nature and behavior. Little did she know that she had to stay close to Calvin and watch him carefully to know more about him.Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.
She prepared the lunch that noon on Nelina’s guidance and sent a tiffin box for Calvin’s office when an omega came to take it; then, she went on her own to bring Roselet from the school.
She felt someone keeping an eye on her, and whenever she used to look around, she found no one.
‘Moon Goddess!! Am I going paranoid?’ She wondered and started walking in the direction of the school.
That feeling worsened when she reached school because a lot of mothers or fathers of the pups started staring at her as if she was an Alien. She touched her face from time to time, thinking something might have stuck on her face while making lunch.
Ethlyn diverted her mind and waited for Roselet, but she could sense the anger of those parents. She couldn’t understand the reason behind it.
When she couldn’t handle the stare of those pack members, she asked, “Is there any problem?”
“Yes,” One of the women among them replied.
“Okayyy. And what is that?” She asked and saw a couple of women forming a circle around her.
“We can’t risk the lives of all the pack members because of your presence in the pack.”
“Sorry? I don’t understand.” Ethlyn said, looking at those angry mothers for a while until she recognized the face of two mothers who had lost their pups yesterday.

Calvin felt someone trying to mindlink him in the middle of the meeting.
‘What is it?’ He asked, coming directly to the point.
‘Alpha, Ethlyn is missing.’ Lemieux’s mind linked.

Calvin looked at his business partner, Ben Davis, and signaled him to listen to all the things carefully and note them down if required so that he would ask for the detail later. Ben Davis was Calvin’s old friend from his modeling days. They both had a dream of opening a production house in the future. At first, they wanted to go individual, but when Calvin got another responsibility after becoming the Alpha of the pack, he asked Ben to join him in the business because it would have taken a lot of time for Ben to have his own production house as his family didn’t support him in his dream.
Ben couldn’t understand why Calvin used to disappear all of a sudden and used to stay absent for at least three to four days a week until he caught Calvin’s glowing eyes and heard him growling like an animal in the camera that he had set in Calvin’s cabin. Ben couldn’t understand how this was possible, so he confronted Calvin and came to know the whole truth about what Calvin was.
And since then, Ben had helped Calvin in work as much as he could so that Calvin could manage his other responsibility.
‘What the hell do you mean she is missing?’ Calvin asked after a while because he was in the middle of hearing the storyline of the upcoming movie. He would have to plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as selecting the script, coordinating writing, directing, editing, arrange financing after listening to the story of the movie. ‘Use your smelling power and find her before Roselet gets to know about it.’ Calvin scolded him. ‘I haven’t kept you all in the pack for nothing.’ He added.
‘That’s the problem, Alpha. There is no ‘ALL’ here. Most of the pack embers are not helping me in finding her by answering my question. I don’t know why they are acting so selfish.’ Lemieux responded. Nelina asked him about Ethlyn when he came to the penthouse with Roselet after her school.
That was when he realized that Ethlyn had gone to pick Roselet up alone and had left the penthouse before the time so that she wouldn’t get late at all. But Lemieux had no idea about it. Hell, when he came out of school with Roselet, he didn’t find her anywhere.
