XANDER runs quickly where Giselle is located. It was a miracle that he got to the mansion in 20 minutes. Because the distance between the mansion and his office is 1 hour. He can’t believe he did it. ” You’re here, I thought you would not see me ” Giselle greeted Xander as she ate the whole cookie.

And you chose me despise my job you assh*le. And take note that you threaten me to be in this position ” Giselle bluntly said as she glanced at Xander and showed an ingenuine smile.

” It was a surprise visit. Your Grandfather didn’t know it and so did the other servants of this house. Except to the family of Lorenzo and the Nannies of their children. Your Auntie Davina was close to Chantal, right? I’m sure she excitedly spilled it to her favourite daughter in-law. ” Giselle explained. Xander weakly walked towards the wooden chair and sat down.

” Can’t believe it? By now, Lorenzo and Chantal surely have a plan to really get the support of your one Auntie. In that case, We should create a plan to take Auntie Juveline at our side. Remember Xander, Having this child is not enough, you need to have a foundation to be the next Head of this family ” Giselle said as she stood up and looked at the coming servants on their way.

As soon as Xander reached their room, She saw Giselle sniffing while looking around the room.

” What are you doing? Are you a dog?” Xander immediately asks as he frowned at Giselle who is acting like a dog right now. Sniffing the air.

” There’s someone getting into the room. There’s another smell mix in the perfume that I sprayed in this room before I left ” Giselle said out of reason as she walked towards the bed.

Giselle has a sensitive smell. She can differentiate the smell around her surroundings. And she uses it as her advantage to know if someone touches or gets into her room while she is gone. In every place where Giselle lives. She always spray or put a perfumed candle or fresh ornament around her house or room before she leaves. Because if she gets back and the smell is not like before and mixes with the other perfume. It means that someone will get into her place. And now she is using this method in Monteverde’s mansion.

” The different smell is coming in this way ” Giselle muttered as she kneel down and look under their bed. Xander walked towards Giselle as he stood behind her back.

” Did you see anything?” Xander asks out of curiosity.

” Well, that’s what it looks like. A flower came into our room” Giselle said as she stood up and pointed at the bed.

” Your niece is under the bed, Get her”

Xander wrinkled his forehead as he kneel down and bend down to look under the bed. His eyes widened when he saw Flora sleeping soundly under their bed. He reached her arms as he quickly pulled her out.

” Rough ” Giselle comments as she taps Xander and gives her a sign to move away from Flora.

Flora quickly sat up when she saw Giselle and Xander in front of her. She quickly bowed her head down and asked for forgiveness for intruding into their room.

” Sorry for entering your room ” Flora apologizes before she weakly stands up. Her face is swollen and her eyes puffy from crying.

” Xander hold your niece and bring her to the bathroom. We should clean her face up before she leaves the room ” Giselle said as he tapped Xander’s shoulder.

Xander just left a deep sigh as he reach the hand of his niece.

” Ahhh! The gloves are cold ” Flora squinted as she looked at her uncle’s face and unconsciously pouted.

” She will be the reason for your death ” Giselle commented before she walked towards Flora and lay her hands in front of her.

” Give me your hands, I will guide you, ” Giselle calmly said. Flora looks at her Giselle hand and without a doubt she quickly grabs it.

Giselle brought Flora inside the bathroom while Xander just sat down on their bed. He looked down at the floor as he quickly spotted a hairbow. He immediately picks it up and looks intently at the object in his hand. Xander just put it in his pocket as he looked at the way to the bathroom when he heard the doors open.

Xander automatically stood up as he walked towards the bathroom. Giselle raises her left eyebrows when he sees Xander walking towards them. He put his hand inside his pocket and got a hair bow that he picked earlier on the floor.

” I know this is yours, Get it and get out ” Xander coldly said that makes Flora sniff because of fear.

” Nice one, The soon to be father is great in making children cry out of fear ” Giselle said out of sarcasm as she snatched the hairbow from his hand and gently gave it to Flora.

” You should leave now, Before your uncle eats you ” Giselle muttered that made Xander jaw drop out of shock on what Giselle just said to the kid.

Flora’s eyes grew bigger as she quickly got the Hair bow and ran out of the room without looking back.

” Why did you say that?! You scared her!” Xander hissed to Giselle.

” For sure, She will tell what happened to her parents ” He added as he glared at her.

Giselle just frowned at him as she crossed her arms. ” Oh, please. You already scared her earlier and I just finished it and besides, no matter what we do in front of their child they will always think that we do bad things or take advantage of their child. Remember that you are in the battle of succession and you don’t have any reasons to be good at her. Wait, You’ve never been good to her. Uncle ” Giselle said out of sarcasm as she walked past him and went to the sofa and sat down.

” What are you afraid about? They already make you a monster in their children. No use to be a good uncle ” Giselle added as she leaned back on the sofa.

Xander just sighs because Giselle has a point. He already knows that his reputation is not good in any of his family members. It’s worthless to worry about what Flora will think about him because for sure Lorenzo already used him to scare his children.

” I feel like our situation is now reversed ” Xander muttered as he went to the sofa and sat down.
