Lily was a very good matured person.

But, even though they used to work closely together as servants, things have changed now.

But she didn't sound jealous or bitter about her, she only sounded envious.

Ruth noticed.

But she didn't mind it.

She was a very introverted person and didn't have friends back then.

She stuck close to Lily before because she was a very friendly person.

She still seemed to be today.

After chatting for a bit, Ruth gathered up the courage to ask Lily for help.

She asked if Lily could help her to tell Zorion that she wanted to meet with him.

She didn't want to be a bother to Lily, but she felt compelled to when she thought about Yuliana.

She knew why Ruth had left the Quartley Palace.

Back then, helping pass this message to Zorion would be considered a huge risk.

Ruth calmed down when she noticed how hesitant Lily was.

She then realized that she had asked her for this favor rather rashly.

It didn't matter if she was still a part of the Quartley Palace or not.

But it did matter to Lily. If anyone found out that Lily had gone to speak to Zorion on her behalf, they might punish her severely for it! Ruth quickly took back her request, "Never Lily, forget I ever said anything."

Lily took a deep breath and said, "Okay Ruth. I'll help you!"

Ruth was shocked.

Lily continued, "Alright Ruth, I'll do it. I'll tell Master Zorion that you would like to meet with him. This doesn't bother me whatsoever."

Even though Lily had agreed to help her, Ruth didn't want her to get in trouble.

"Lily, forget about it. You could get into a lot of trouble if anyone found out."

"Ruth, to tell you the truth. I've been meaning to leave the Quartley Palace for some time now!"

Ruth was surprised.

Because being employed as a servant in the Quartley Palace was a very prestigious job to

have.

She never imagined that she would become someone's role model!

Ruth felt very embarrassed.

She waved Lily's comment aside and said, Oh Lily, I'm no one's role model! was just lucky enough to have a friend who needed help with their business. She took me

Lily continued, "Ruth, I'm rooting for you! I hope that once I've left the Quartley Palace, we can still keep in touch as friends!"

Ruth couldn't believe what she was hearing.

Lily's eyes glowed brightly as she said, "Ruth, ever since I heard how successful you've become, I've set a goal for myself! I want to be just like you!"

She had never dared to say this out loud to anyone before.

But now, talking to Ruth in person and being asked for a favor, Lily was feeling very extremely hopeful!
