My Ex-husband Begs Me Back

Chapter 1571: Rebellion

Chapter 1571: Rebellion

Camille sighed in resignation, unsure if she had really made an impact.

Camille chuckled at herself, "Probably not!"

"Really?" Sienna asked, "But why do I feel like you're not very happy right now? Are you in a bad mood? Or do you miss me too much?"

Camille smiled, "Yes, I miss you a lot. Do you want to come back soon?"Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

"I also want to come back quickly, but what should I do about the two sets of clothes we haven't shot yet?"

Sienna deeply regretted choosing too many outfits. At the time, Rex thought one set was beautiful, and the next set was also beautiful. So, one set after another, without any control. Fortunately, she was involved; otherwise, if Rex had to decide on his own, he would definitely say they were all good, and shooting dozens of sets would probably exhaust everyone.

Sienna strongly advised Camille, "If you're planning to take wedding photos, you only need to choose a few sets that you like. Seriously, don't have too many. I probably won't go out of my way to look at these photos in the future. It's really expensive and laborious."

Camille sensed her regret and tiredness and couldn't help but smile. She said, "If it's so tiring, just come back. Don't force yourself. If you're capable, buy a ticket and come back now!"

She intentionally said that, and Sienna immediately got up from the bed and said, "Don't provoke me. I can really do it. Do you believe me?"

Why wouldn't she believe it? What can't she do?

Camille quickly said, "Okay, I was just joking. We should go and, of course, finish the shoot. It will be a happy memory for the future, won't it?"

"Alright, since you put it that way, I'll listen to you," Sienna agreed with Camille's words, and both of them laughed together.

Camille's mood became slightly happier than before, but whenever she thought about what had just happened, she couldn't help but sigh. Sienna heard her sigh and asked, "What's wrong?" Camille replied, "I don't know how to say it. Just come back when you can!"

"If you're like this, I'll come back immediately," Sienna, curious and concerned about Camille, immediately worried, "Did something really happen that I don't know about?"

"Sort of!" Camille responded ambiguously.

Sienna asked, "What exactly happened? Is it not convenient to talk on the phone right now?"

Camille softly murmured with a hoarse voice, "Let's talk about it when you come back. Let's find a place to have a drink. I haven't relaxed in a long time. Honestly, I've been feeling so tired lately." Although Timmy was by her side, seemingly happy, there were actually so many troublesome things in her heart.

Just the thought of those troublesome things made Camille feel incredibly frustrated.

Sienna was her only close friend, and naturally, she wanted to share everything with Sienna as soon as possible.

But some things, she really didn't know how to bring them up.

Camille chatted with Sienna for a long time, even when the housekeeper came up to call her for dinner, she asked Ayan and Timmy to eat first because she was busy now.

After her response, Ayan didn't come up specially to call her, as if it didn't matter whether she ate or not.

Camille felt more and more dissatisfied in her heart, feeling extremely unhappy overall. She was just annoyed.

After talking to Sienna for a long time, Camille didn't feel like going downstairs anymore. Instead, because of her bad mood, she directly called Jillian. After all, Jillian seemed to have plenty of free time recently. She had agreed to meet Jillian for a drink, planning not to go home tonight because she couldn't bear the silent violence of being ignored.

After making plans with Jillian, Camille immediately changed her clothes and left.

Timmy was playing in the living

room with the nanny when she came downstairs. As for Ayan, she obviously hadn't seen him. Camille said to Timmy, "Baby, Mommyis

going out for a while. You stay home

and be good, okay?"

Timmy had eaten and drank enough, and Camille had been with him all day, so he wouldn't cling to her and prevent her from going out.

Camille kissed Timmy and then left home in her car.

Sitting in the car, she didn't notice the man standing by the study window. He stood in the dark room, gazing at the departing car outside the window. The cigarette in his hand had already burned out, but he didn't realize it.

His eyes narrowed slightly, his expression very serious.

His handsome face also revealed an exceptionally chilling seriousness.

Even when the car lights had disappeared from sight, his gaze still didn't retract.

Camille and Jillian found a relaxed bar to meet up. They ordered cocktails, not too strong but with a lingering effect.

Camille rarely took the initiative to make plans with someone, so Jillian was curious. "Mrs. Simpson, why did you invite me? Do you have some ulterior motive?" Camille just smiled and replied, "Of course, so you better be careful."

"I don't need to be careful. If you have any ulterior motive, just be direct. I won't refuse anything, you know?" Jillian raised an eyebrow and smiled lightly. Camille lifted her glass and toasted Jillian, saying, "How have you been feeling lately?"

"Ah, same as always. Didn't I say I was going home? But my dad came to Hance City, so I'm going back with him."

"Your uncle who came to Hance City is Mario?"

"Of course not." Jillian snorted, "He doesn't have the qualifications to have my dad personally come to see him!"

Camille laughed and joked, "Can you say that in front of Mario?"

"I can, but there's no need to." Jillian laughed heartily.

The two chatted for over an hour, had a cocktail, and then prepared to leave.

Camille got into her car, but the designated driver hadn't arrived yet. She sat in the car, hesitating whether to go home or back to the apartment.

Although she hadn't lived in Maple Leaves Mansion's apartment before, she could still stay there if she went directly.

Camille bit her lip, unable to give herself an answer. Finally, she called Sienna.

Whenever she couldn't make a decision, she subconsciously thought of Sienna. She asked Sienna, "Should I rebel once?"

Sienna didn't understand what she meant and asked, "Rebel against what?"

Camille didn't mention the specifics, only saying, "Just want to rebel once, do something rebellious. Do you think I should support me?"

Sienna was a bit puzzled. Was Camille planning something? She asked, "What exactly do you want to do? You're making me very curious. Can you tell me? Seriously, I really want to know. If you don't tell me, I'll fly back immediately to find you."

Sienna was extremely curious. She was already a curious person by nature, and now that Camille had said this, her curiosity grew even stronger.

She pressed Camille for an answer, "Tell me quickly, what are you planning to do? Can you tell me? Let's share it together. Aren't we friends?"
