Chapter 2229

Chapter 2229

Estelle felt a slight warmth in her ears and chose not to respond.

She had initially wanted to comfort Henson but ended up sending a short message, "Keep at it!"

Henson replied with an emoji of a kid running away from home with a backpack.

Soon after, Henson sent over a game invite, and Estelle dragged Hans into it too, trying to cheer Henson up by playing along. After a game session, Chuck came in to report to Jonathan.

Noticing Estelle, he greeted her respectfully with a nod, "Hello there!"This material belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

Estelle returned the gesture with a warm smile.

Cnce Chuck finished his report, he approached Estelle and handed her a tablet, "Ms. Macclain, I've had an app made for you. Please, take a look.” Bewildered, Estelle took the tablet and saw that it contained a digital menu filled with various coffees, desserts, ice creams. All brands, all flavors.

So, Chuck had essentially created a digital café for her.

Was her love for good food that well-known across the company?

Estelle looked up in surprise.

Quickly, Chuck explained, "Please don't get it wrong. Everyone in the company wants to treat you to an afternoon snack, but we're worried about bothering the boss toc much. So, you can order whatever you like, and I'll have it delivered right away!"

Estelle chuckled lightly, "If you guys keep this up, I might have to stop coming over!"

Feeling the piercing glare from Jonathan, Chuck immediately added respectfully, "Please don't say that. Your visits energize our workdays. A few snacks are nothing. I can reimburse them. This way, they're happy to buy, and even happier to eat!"

Gratefully, Estelle said, "Thank you, really, thank you all.”

"Well, go on and pick something!" Chuck urged, even more amiably.

Estelle ordered a coffee and a dessert. she was tempted to add ice cream ther order but decided against it, concerned Jonathan might actually have words with Chtck. So, she held back. Content bélongs to =

After making her selections, she handed the tablet back to Chuck.

Chuck smiled, "Keep it. Whenever you're in the mood for something, just place your order." Estelle raised an eyebrow; it was like being handed the keys to a candy shop!

After Chuck left, it wasn't three minutes before all of Estelle’s orders were brought in by Kally.

Locking at the spread in front of her, Estelle turned to Jonathan and joked, "Bet you never thought your company would turn into a ‘order now, get now' dessert shop.”

Jonathan came over, scooped her up onto his lap, "If it makes my wife happy, J could turn my company into a dessert factory. Who knows; we might even become numberone in the-world." -

Estelle smiled warmly, "We might need to discuss that further. But let's not actually make Chuck foot the bill." Jonathan pinched her nose, "Don't worry, I won't let him be at a loss!"

With that assurance, Estelle happily indulged in her treats.
