Chapter 91 Time to Strike Back

Blair stopped and looked at her coldly, “What do you mean? You have requirements for that?”

She tore off her disguise immediately and showed her malevolent side.

Claudia had gotten used to it. Blair was always a malevolent woman to her.

It was her common sense.

She didn’t need to be euphemistic and said by gestures, “I can ask Ben to share some projects with

you, but first, you need to release my mom!”

“You want Ann?” Blair felt incredible and looked at her staggeringly. Then, she smiled.

She laughed at Claudia in contempt.

“Wow, you think you are a tough guy now? Do you want Ann? Even if I give her to you, can you take

care of a lunatic like her? Will Ben allow your crazy mother to live in here?”

Claudia remained calm and replied, “In any case, she is my mother, and I can let my mom live in here

as long as I’m Ben’s wife!”

If she could set Ann free, Claudia would have the way to find a home for her.

earn ten billion dollars in two months, I will give her to you immediately.”

you!”

Blair was speechless. Claudia had got her pegged!

you are a little bit emotional right now. I suggest you go home and think about it after calming yourself

down. Just think about it, whether your company counts or my suggestion is unacceptable.”

“You bastard…You…” Blair’s face was completely red due to her anger. She had never been

threatened like this.

But Claudia didn’t want to communicate with her at all. She opened the door and made a gesture to

ask her to leave.

Blair ground her teeth angrily and said, “Just wait and see, Claudia. You will be expelled from the

Crawford family one day!”

She grabbed her purse and walked out of the house.

Claudia closed the door and leaned on it tiredly. She closed her eyes slowly and saw the benign face of

her mother in the dark.

Blair had been imprisoning her for years. She was not free, she was badly treated, and sometimes she

was the punching bag of Blair and Amber…

This time, she had CCU Project as her bargaining chip to set Ann free. The communication with Blair

The next day, Claudia felt sick and couldn’t find any medicine at home, so she went to the hospital.

She wanted to do the examination which Cliff had told her and saw whether the tumor was benign or

malignant.

It was a biopsy without using any anesthetic.

A scalpel was put into her mouth and cut a piece of the polyp from the tumor. Though it was quick, it

was also painful.

When the operation was done, Claudia was pale with all the pains caused by the cutting.

She walked downstairs after resting for a while.

But soon, she glanced at the hall of the hospital and saw Ben was walking with a lady. It was painful for

Claudia to watch such a scene.

Ben was taking care of the lady by his side. How she wished she could be cherished by him.

Claudia smiled bitterly and took a deep breath. Before she started to walk away, she heard a lady’s

voice from her side.

“Mrs. Crawford?”

She turned to look and saw Hanna downstairs.

And the tall figure standing next to her, Ben.

“When did you come back, Mrs. Crawford? Why are you in the hospital? Do you feel sick?” Hanna was

talking to her warmly and walked to her.

Claudia gazed at her and looked at the man behind her out of the corner of her eye. He was still

looking at Claudia coldly and indifferently, which made Claudia feel much more painful.
