Lemira heard noises outside but all she could see was darkness. Orion's jacket draped over her, shielding her from everything outside.

The bodyguards turned pale at the sight of Orion carrying the girl.

Orion carried Lemira into the elevator; she nestled in his arms, her head covered with his suit jacket, unable to see anything outside.

Even though her body was almost entirely covered by the jacket, it was clearly a woman! Susanna hid to the side, startled. She had been waiting for the bodyguards to come down and, growing impatient, had decided to check things out herself.

To her surprise, she saw Orion! What was going on? Did Orion have another woman on the side? And where had that little tramp Lemira gone?

Just as Susanna was about to step out, some bodyguards blocked her way.

"Do you know who I am? You dare block my way!" she spat, staring at the bodyguards.

She had clearly seen Orion with another woman, a situation she needed to clarify and then report to her sister. She couldn't let some outsider take advantage of the situation.

But the bodyguards stood firmly in front of Susanna, not letting her take a step closer. Susanna stomped her foot in frustration, "Damn it, let me through!"

Evelina approached, "Ms. Sinclair, what's the matter?"

"These people dare to block me! My sister is the fiancée of the Everhart heir. If my brother-in-law finds out you're holding me back like this, he won't let you off the hook!"
