Way Back Into Love (Essie)

Chapter 835 Sleepwalking

Chapter 835 Sleepwalking

"Well, do as Essie said. Since you all suspect each other, it's a good idea," Alena said.

A muscle on Mary's face twitched violently. Essie was a cunning woman. With bodyguards following

her all day long, wouldn't it be inconvenient for her to do anything?

That was exactly what Essie wanted. Grandma Suzan's case had involved too many people's life. If

nurse Li called the Rong family, Mary would be the number one suspect. She couldn't let her do

whatever she wanted.

What Mary cared about the most was Mili's pad. She couldn't sleep or eat well if she didn't destroy it.

Now that the security guards were watching her, it would be more difficult for her to move. She

searched her heart and thought of a person, who might be able to help.

In the evening, she took Rabi into her room on the excuse of coaxing him to sleep. Rabi was brought

up by Mary and the son of Valery. Essie didn't worry that she would hurt him, so she didn't stop her.

After entering the room, she closed the door.

"Rabi, can you do me a favor?"

"What's the matter?" Rabi asked, blinking his big eyes.

"Can you help me borrow Mili's pad? There are many photos of your great grandma Suzan in it. I want

to copy them as souvenirs," Mary coaxed.

"Okay." Rabi nodded obediently.

"You can't say that it is me who wants to borrow it. You can say that you want to play the game by

yourself, or she won't give it to you," Mary warned.

"Why?" Rabi asked in confusion.

"Last time grandma borrowed her pad and accidentally fell into the water. She was very angry and

didn't want to lend it to grandma anymore," Mary said.

"Then you should be careful this time. Don't let her pad fall into the water again, or she will be very

angry and won't lend me anything in the future," Rabi said.

"Okay, grandma will be very careful this time." Mary smiled. Children should be as naive and easy to be

coaxed as Rabi. The little bastards that Essie gave birth to were all like that fox spirit. If possible, she

would strangle all of them to death.

Rabi walked out of her room and went to Mili's room.

Mili was drawing.

"Sister, can I borrow your pad to play games?" Rabi asked.

"Brother, where is your pad?" Mili asked casually.

"It's out of power. It's charging." Rabi rubbed his hands and said. Mary taught him this, but he was not

good at lying and was a little nervous.

Mili didn't notice his difference. She generously handed him the pad and turned off the fingerprint

password.

Seeing that Rabi came back with the pad smoothly, Mary was very happy. However, she had to coax

Rabi to sleep before she could do the rest.

She hummed the lullaby and Rabi fell asleep soon.

She turned on her pad, put on her headphones and listened to all the audio files in it. Finally, she found

the part that Mrs. Suzan had recorded.

Damn it! Herman was lying to her. He didn't delete the file at all.

She tried to delete the file, but it was set with damn file protection. She needed to enter the password

to delete it.

It seemed that the only way was to destroy this damn thing.

After thinking for a while, she came up with a good idea to destroy the iPad and then throw Rabi's

schoolbag out of the window.

Hearing the crisp sound of smashing things, the patrolling security guards outside immediately ran to

the window vigilantly.

Hearing the noise, Zac and Essie ran out of the room.

As soon as they arrived at the door of Rabi's room, Mary opened the door and walked out. She made a

'shush' gesture to them, indicating them to go downstairs first and let the nanny stay to take care of

Rabi.

"Oh, no! Rabi seems to be suffering from somnambulism. I saw him sleeping soundly just now and was

about to go out, but I didn't expect him to get up from the bed and throw the things on the desk out

continuously. I heard that sleepwalking people can't be woken up, or they will be scared to death by

themselves. I don't dare to make a sound. I won't dare to come out until he is thrown away and then

lies down to sleep." Mary looked worried.

"Young master doesn't sleep well. He has been like this since he was a child. Sometimes he suddenly

sat up and talked in sleep, and sometimes he even climbed two circles on the bed. I just thought he

was dreaming. I didn't expect him to be sleepwalking," a nanny who took care of Rabi said.

Hearing this, no one would doubt Mary's words.

At this time, the security guard came in and handed over the things he had picked up to Zac.

"Is there anything broken? If there is, change them for the baby secretly, lest he wake up and ask

questions. Don't let the child know about it, or he will think that he is sick and afraid," Mary exhorted

earnestly. Looking as if she cared about Rabi very much.

Essie didn't suspect her. Among these children, Rabi was the only one who could be regarded as her

grandson. She wouldn't have thought that she would use the child as cannon fodder.

Zac checked Rabi's bag. It was full of books and wouldn't break, but the pad was broken into pieces.

Then they went to Rabi's room.

Rabi slept soundly.

With a worried look on her face, Essie touched his pink face.

She arranged several nannies to take care of Rabi in turn at night, in case that he would hurt himself by

sleepwalking.

After returning to her room, she immediately surfed the Internet to check the encyclopedia about

sleepwalking.

Zac put his arm around her shoulder and said, "Honey, don't worry. It's not necessarily sleepwalking.

It's probably just a dream. The child's brain is still in the development stage. It's normal for him to

dream and walk two times. Let's observe it again."

"Tomorrow, I'd better find a doctor to consult with. If it's really the early stage of somnambulism, take

advantage of the child's small age and interfere with the treatment as soon as possible, maybe it can

be cured," Essie said.

Zac didn't say anything more. It was good to consult with the doctor, lest she always be worried. Belonging to NôvelDrama.Org.

At this time, Mary was quite complacent lying in the room. After she got rid of the pad, she could finally

rest assured.

On the early morning of the second day, Essie went to Rabi's room to dress him.

"Baby, did you sleep well last night?" Essie said.

"Yes." Rabi nodded.

"What dreams did you have? Tell mommy."

Scratching his little head, Rabi thought for a while and said in a sweet voice, "I dreamed of a big

dinosaur. It followed me and I threw it with a stone. I threw it hard and it was driven away by me," Rabi

said proudly.

Essie sighed in her heart. It seemed that he was in a dream to throw something away. But he didn't

know that what he threw was not a stone, but the pad and schoolbag on the table.

"My baby is so brave." She stroked Rabi's head and praised. She knew that what Rabi wanted most

was her praise.

"Mommy, I'm the elder brother. I have to be brave to protect Mili, Dot and Dawny," Rabi said happily.

"Well, Rabi is Mommy's pride." Essie nodded with a smile.

After getting up, Rabi picked up the pad on the table. In order not to let Rabi know that he had broken

his pad, Zac asked someone to send a new pad overnight.

Knowing nothing about what had happened last night, Rabi went straight to Mili and returned her the

pad. "Thank you, sister."

"You're welcome." Mili took over the pad and opened it. "Brother, this is not my pad!"

"What? I didn't move. I kept it on the table. I brought it to you this morning when I got up," Rabi

scratched his head and said in confusion.

"It's okay, baby. Mommy brought it here yesterday. Maybe I moved something inside. It has nothing to

do with you. You'd better go downstairs and have breakfast later," Essie said, stroking his little face.

"Okay." Rabi nodded and left obediently.

In a hurry, Essie entered the room and closed the door.

"Mommy, this is really not my pad. My pad is not like this." Mili pursed her lips. She didn't think that her

Mommy would not format all her files, would she?

"Baby, I know it's not your pad. Last night, your brother Rabi suddenly had a nightmare. He got up from

the bed and threw all the things on the table downstairs, with your pad in it. So daddy changed a new

one for you."

"Oh, I see." Mili touched her chin. "Is he sleepwalking? No wonder I heard the sound of something

falling last night."

"Brother maybe played too hard during the day, that was why he acted like that," Essie explained. She

was not sure whether Rabi was sleepwalking or not. She didn't believe that her son would suffer from

somnambulism, so she didn't want to be so rash.

"Okay." Mili nodded. "Fortunately, I have a foresight. I guessed that my pad would be in trouble, so I

backed up all the files in advance and copied them back later."

"That's good. You have to keep it a secret. Don't tell anyone. Brother will be afraid if he knows it," Essie

said.

"Don't worry, Mommy. I believe my brother doesn't suffer from somnambulism. I used to sleep with him,

but he didn't sleep well. He has never been like this. He must be too tired at school during the day," Mili

said.

"Good girl." Essie kissed her pink face.

Coming out of her room, she went to the dining room for dinner. When she saw Rabi, Mili smiled

sweetly. "Brother, I made a mistake just now. This is my pad."

"That's good. I'm afraid that your pad will be broken when grandma is playing," Rabi said casually.

Hearing that, Mili was slightly stunned. She turned to look at Mary and asked, "Grandma, did you play

my pad again?"

"I coaxed Rabi to sleep yesterday and wanted to tell him a new story, so I checked it on your pad,"

Mary explained hurriedly.

"Okay," Mili answered. She didn't think too much. After all, it was just a pad. She was not that stingy.

After dinner and sending the children to school, Essie went straight to the hospital to ask an expert in

neurology about Rabi. The expert said that this behavior might not be a somnambulism, but a pure

nightmare of the children. She was relieved when she heard that she. She would pay more attention

observe him.
