Later that night, Zero called for the subordinate he tasked with the delivery of the envelope

containing money for his long lost birth mother.

Her name was Donna Fu, a former staff of his father and later became his father's mistress

Rawlf nodded. "Sit first," he told Ric and he turned to Secretary Ryan, "Send for some

refreshments here. What do you want, Ric?"

"Coffee, please. Dark and less sugar." Ric replied, turning to Secretary Ryan. The secretary

nodded and went out of the room to let the brothers talk.

For the past years many had changed and developed. For example, Rawlf's relationship to his

brother. The night he met him, which was also the same night he met Veronica for the first time in

Clandestine Place, he also started to look out for his younger brother.

That same night, he talked him out of shifting to an entrepreneurial course and so the latter obeyed

because he wants to get closer to his formidable older brother.

This bore fruit because since then, Rawlf has also become his mentor every time he faced a

finance department staff.

"How is your trip?" Rawlf asked him as he walked towards the lounge area where the young man

was seated.

better, Ric is even now comfortable to talk freely around Rawlf.

"Your sister in law and I planned to travel out of the country. I need you here to help Secretary

Ryan while I'm not around."

"Woah! You! You didn't even tell me that Vivi will soon become my sister in law and you haven't

told me that you both already have children. Brother you are indeed legendary! You're so far ahead of

everything!"

Ric exclaimed with admiration in his eyes. His previous exhausted mood turned bright. Rawlf could

only massage his nose bridge.

"We'll have family dinner tonight. You can rest and visit your mother then attend dinner at home

around seven."

"Alright. When are you leaving by the way?" "Next week Monday."

"Brother! It's Sunday now! So that means you'll be leaving for tomorrow?!" Ric once again

exclaimed and stood up

Rawlf nodded.

Ric slumped back on the sofa like a wilted vegetable.
