Hailey’s Point of View

I can’t paint President Demon’s face now. He was like a child blowing his wounds.

“Thank you for being a great nurse.”

I would have been happy, but he spoke again.

“It’s like you’re planning to kill your patients, so just don’t.” He continued.

I slammed the door shut and I heard him laugh.

As I walked, I noticed the sluggish students. Their skins are even paler now.

I just ignored it because maybe they just didn’t feel like coming in.

When I entered the dormitory, I found them all wearing masks except Nadia.

“Why are you wearing a mask?” I asked in astonishment.

“Don’t you notice the students outside look like they are sick?” Agatha said, while picking a mask.

“Maybe they’re just too lazy to come in.” I say.

I went up to the bedroom to rest. I just let them choose the mask.

I fell down on the bed while staring at the ceiling.

Gradually, I also fell asleep, so I closed my eyes.

I awoke because of the bright sunlight touching my face.

“Hopefully, when I wake up one day, I’ll be back in my home.” I said before I went down.

When I went down, the food was ready. So we ate together.

When I went up into the bedroom, I did my morning routine.

“Don’t you want to wear a mask?” Alejandra asked me.

“It’s up to you to wear the mask.” I said and left the dormitory.

I went straight to the classroom but didn’t lose sight of the students.

What if they are really sick?

I didn’t realize that I was here in the classroom.

The students here look fine, unlike the students outside, who seem to have a serious illness.

The professor started teaching, and in the middle of his teaching, there was a series of coughs as students huddled inside this classroom.

It was ignored by the professor, and he just continued teaching.

I noticed a student next to me coughing as well. He covered his mouth with a handkerchief. When he removed it, there was blood on it.

Someone suddenly pulled my chair away from the student, so I looked at who had pulled my chair.

When I glanced at him, I saw the dark aura of a demon. I also noticed the shadow behind him.

When I blinked three times, the shadow disappeared.

“Stay away from students coughing. I don’t want someone to hurt you. ” The last word he said I never heard because he poorly pronounced it.

“Don’t worry about them anymore.” I looked at Demon because he read my mind again.

“You’ve already stopped reading my mind.” I said.

“Even if I can’t read the content with your mind, I can still read it because I can see it with your eyes.”

So I closed my eyes.

“If you don’t open your eyes, I won’t hesitate to kiss you.” So I immediately opened my eyes.

My eyes widened as his face was about to stick to mine.

“He’s flirting with President Demon.” I heard a female student say it.

In an instant, Demon was close to the woman.

“You have no right to say such an insulting word to the queen.” Demon said.

The Demon mercilessly turned his head on the woman after he let go of those words.

None of the students tried to speak.

“One wrong word for you to tell the queen and I will take you alive in return.” A demon threatens them.

He approached me and took my hand. We walked out of the classroom together.

I looked at my hand he was holding. It’s like we’re in love because we’re holding hands.

“Demon, let go of my hand.” I exclaimed.

So he immediately let go of it and looked at me.

When students coughing approached me, the smile on my lips vanished.

“W-What’s going on with them? ” I asked nervously.

“No ordinary cough is spreading throughout Vampire University.” Suddenly, Demon’s speech became serious, even his face.

“Don’t approach them.” He warned me.

He pulled out a sharp object and immediately corrected the students.

He hit five of the students in just one turn. They immediately fell down, and a lot of blood flowed from their bodies.

“Come with me. You’re no longer safe here. ” We both ran away from the students.

“Where do you plan to take me?” I asked him.

“Go back to the dormitory. Don’t come out even if someone knocks. You’re the one they all plan to kill, so you better follow me. ” He gave a long explanation.

“How are my friends?” I asked worriedly.

“I’ll take them all to your dormitory.” He replied.

“Promise me nothing bad will happen to them.”

“You’re the one who wants the whole class to kill, but your friends are still your concern.” I won’t promise because I’ll just do that. ” He assured me

I closed the door and sat on the sofa. Why do they want to kill me?

Does Demon know what’s going on? Why is he protecting me?

A few moments later, there was a knock on the door. I was hesitant to open it because Demon told me not to open it.

“Hailey, it’s us!” From outside, yell.

So I immediately opened it and my friends opened up to me.

“Where’s the demon?” I asked them.

“He’s gone.” He said, “We’re just here in the dormitory first.” Ethan said.

I closed the door after they entered.

“What kind of disease has landed in this place?” Kent asked.

“Is it really a disease or did someone do something to kill me?” They all looked at me.

“Who wants to kill you?” Nadia asked curiously.

“I don’t know, but I have a suspicion. Headmaster Dracilus or Boss A. ” I told them.

I went back to my bedroom. The virus that spreads throughout the university must disappear.
