Belle POV

A week ago when Gian and I last met, I also often visit him in the hospital but I don’t show up to him. I also cook her food and give it to Maxine for her to give and not let Gian know it came from me. I just always sit outside his room especially when there is no one to watch over him.

Ethan and Agatha also visit here often, sometimes they take me inside and because I can’t stand them so I go with them but Gian doesn’t pay attention to me, I’m just like air in his eyes.

And now I’m going to go to his room because Maxine called me, she has to leave because she has a meeting at work, and the next day Gian can go out already as per his doctor.

When I entered I found him sitting in his wheelchair. He immediately looked at me. “What are you doing here?” he asked.

“Maxine called me and asked if I could watch over you first because she’s going to a meeting.” I answered him.

“You don’t need to do it. I already told her I don’t need a guard because I can do it.”

“It’s okay with me Gi, I don’t have anything else to do.” I insisted.

“Can’t you understand? I already said I don’t need you here!” he shouted at me so I bowed down.

“Just please leave,” he added.

I shook my head. “Even if you push me away I will still choose to stay here.” I insisted.

“Fuck it! Don’t you understand that I don’t want to see you? I hate you! I’m pushing you away right? Are you that desperate? Or maybe Luke left you already so you’re here.” he said sharply.

“N-no, I’m here because I want to. How many times have I told you that no one is mediating between us, he just treats me like a sister.” I explained to him.

“I don’t care! You know every time I see you it only hurts me more Belle, so if you can, don’t come near me please..”

“W-we can still fix this Gian, I k-know I’m at fault for not letting you explain, I was so carried away by my emotions that I forgot to trust you. I was hurt and scared that you might leave me and choose her. And I know what I did was wrong, I left without letting you know. ”

“The damage has been done Belle. I had enough, it’s too painful for me to find out that you left without hearing my side. I’ve already cut whatever is between us last time. I’m in the process of moving on already and I hope you can also do that.”

I quickly took his hand, he can’t give up, he can’t leave us.

“Gian please.” I beg him.

“Damn it!” he shouted and pushed me, causing me to fall to the floor, I saw the shock in his eyes.

Gradually I felt pain in my stomach because of the force of his push on me. “Oh my god, not my baby.” I whisper while crying.

“B-belle? I-im s-sorry I-i didn’t mean to do it.” He said.

“G-gian, h-help m-me. I k-know you’re mad at me but please help me.” I cried

“W-what’s going on? T-tell be Belle.” he asked me nervously.

We were in that position when the door opened and Ethan and Agatha were spit out.

“What’s going on?” Ethan asked immediately.

I looked at them while crying in so much pain. “E-ethan, A-agatha.”

Ethan looked at me and quickly approached me and lifted me up. “Hold on Belle.” he said and took me out of the room, Agatha also followed us.

Ethan POV

Belle was quickly taken to the emergency room because I saw how she would writhe in pain, and my wife followed me.

“Is she okay baby?” Agatha asked worriedly.

“She will baby, I know she will be okay. Can you stay here first and I’ll just talk to Gian?” I said to my wife and she nodded.

I walked back to the idiot’s room and I caught him bent over.

“What did you do, Gian?” I asked him angrily.

“What? I didn’t mean what happened, I told her to leave because I don’t need a guard anymore because I can handle myself.”

“Belle is just worried about you and she just wants to be with you!” I said.

“I already told her that were over  but she can’t understand. I really don’t want to see her but she’s still squeezing herself.”NôvelDrama.Org owns all content.

“Even if you’re over she is still our friend! Are you really like that now? Belle doesn’t do anything bad and just cares about you but you are  treating her like trash! Do you know that she is the one who is cooking your food? She gives it to Maxine and asks her not to tell you that she is preparing it and do you also know that she is always here in the hospital everyday and she is just staying outside of this room? ” I angrily said, if he hadn’t had an accident I would have beaten him.

“If you think she’s desperate to chase you even though you don’t want her anymore she’s not Gian, she just has a reason why she’s still hoping you’ll two get along. Even though she is hurting because you are pushing her away, she endured all of it and still chose to stay. She’s now in danger, they are now in danger because of your stubbornness. ” I added.

He looked at me quickly. “They? W-what do you mean Ethan?”

I smiled at him. “I didn’t want to tell you about this, but because you’re stupid I’ll tell you now even Belle will get mad at me for telling you but I don’t care now. I want you to know that she is pregnant, she is pregnant with your child.” I strongly promise. It would be better for him to know the truth now.

“W-what? Don’t fool me Hernandez!” he angrily promised me.

“I wish I was joking Gian but not. Belle is pregnant so she left temporarily because she is not allowed to get stressed, her pregnancy is very delicate. She just begged us not to tell you first while you are both not okay. I told her that she can stay at our Hacienda because my wife and I will be more confident because we know that she is safe there because they are someone who will take care of her. And also Luke is there sometimes, ” I explained to him.
