The Rejected Luna: Daddy, Where is Mommy?

“Daddy,” Roselet quickly hugged Calvin’s legs.

“Yes, love”

“Where is Mommy?” She asked, lifting her head up. “I heard Grandma Nelina speaking that she went to receive me at school, but I didn’t see her anywhere.”

“Don’t worry, sweetheart, just trust me, your mommy will be back to you by evening, okay?”

‘Alpha, they brought Ethlyn with them.’ Zordan mindlinked.

“Rose, go upstairs. I will join you after some time.” Calvin said, sending Roselet back. He didn’t want her to witness all these things.

“But dadd…”

“Roselet Haysbert, GO.” Calvin said sternly. Hearing her full name from his name, she nodded and went in the elevator without speaking a word. Once she left, Calvin went out and found Ethlyn’s hand and legs tied, and a big tape was on her mouth.

Calvin couldn’t sense her wolf, nor could he smell her scent. So, he already realized what his pack members would have done to her. He glared at everyone before asking, “Where was she?”

“We have locked her in the school store room.” The principal of the school spoke, not looking at Calvin but glaring at Ethlyn.

Calvin walked toward Ethlyn to remove the tape from her mouth. “Did you forget the woman whom you were hurting is the mother of your princess? How would Rose feel if she knew about all this?” He questioned her, to which she couldn’t reply anything.

“Princess should know how her mother left her when she was born and what kind of characterle….” Lily’s words were not even completed when Calvin growled at her angrily. Calvin carefully started removing the tape so that Ethlyn wouldn’t feel pain.

And finally, after struggling for a while, he was successful in his work. A lone tear escaped from Ethlyn’s eyes. Calvin wiped it gently and started opening the rope of her hands.

“I’m sorry, Alpha, but with the amount of respect that you have for this woman, we don’t think she deserves it. And nor will she receive any respect from any of us. She is nothing but a slut for….” A loud growl escaped from Calvin’s throat, and a few of the pack members moved back, cowering in fear while others looked like they were ready to bolt.

“Enough NOW. If anyone has any problem with her, then they can leave my pack now and here.” Calvin growled, removing the rope around her legs after removing them around her hands while Ethlyn was looking at him in shock, like she couldn’t believe that Calvin was ready to kick his pack members for her.

“You said that she won’t receive any respect from any of you. I would like to see how the hell you won’t respect your Luna.” Saying this, Calvin looked at Ethlyn, who had been looking at him in shock for a while. Calvin stood up on his feet and pulled her into his arms. He tore her t-shirt from the neck, covering her shoulder and neck, dipping his head. Calvin licked her soft skin with his tongue before sinking his teeth in her sink.

Ethlyn gasped and clung to Calvin when he pierced his long elongated teeth into her skin. Soon, Ethlyn felt her body start accepting the bond. Tears escaped from her eyes again in both pain and pleasure.

She couldn’t believe that this was really happening for REAL? Everything was like a shock to her. No one had done so much for her until now, and the person who did was the most unexpected person in her life.

She felt, seeing the unity between the pack members, Calvin would choose their side, but she was wrong again; Calvin chose her and didn’t give her to the hunters.

This also proved to her that Calvin was powerful enough to go against anyone if his point was. Calvin chose the option of war rather than trading her with hunters was also the point that he wasn’t scared of anyone. She hadn’t seen anyone doing something this crazy before. If not for his own pack members, he would have killed them for sure.

Of course, he had heard him saying all those things before, but a lot of people had a habit of bluffing in the heat of the moment. Little did she know then that Calvin was a werewolf of his words.

A minute passed since Calvin’s teeth were deep in Ethlyn’s skin, and her body started feeling tingling everywhere Calvin touched her. She felt his wolf and mindlink getting connected with her next. This all was happening with Ethlyn for the second time, so neither she nor her wolf was excited about it because they didn’t have very high hope for this relationship, but at the same time, they couldn’t control the change in her hormones. Because a part of her was screaming in joy already.

At the same time, Calvin knew that a lot of eyes were on them, but he ignored them. It was true that he hadn’t thought about this step before doing this, but now that he had already marked her. He doubted his decision to do that.

He wanted to choose anyone as his chosen mate in case of failure to find his fated mate without any pressure. He wanted to choose her of his own will, but this was anything but not the way he wanted to choose his chosen mate. A part of him was indirectly pushed into it, and just like Ethlyn, he, too, didn’t have a high hope for this relationship.

Calvin lifted his head after making Ethlyn and looked around at his pack members. They knew if they wouldn’t accept Ethlyn as Luna now, then they would end up losing the pack, and the life of rogue wasn’t something that any wolf wanted to choose. So, they knelt down, bowed their head, and howled loudly, accepting Ethlyn as Luna.

Ethlyn knew there were forced to do so for fear that they might lose everything if they would go against Calvin, but Calvin didn’t give a damn about this fact.
