The Rejected Luna: Daddy, Where is Mommy?

It was a journey of around ten hours, so Calvin planned to travel at night and reach there by the morning after discussing it with Ethlyn that night.

Ethlyn had thought to pack the necessary thing that she might in her Greece trip the very next day, but instead, Calvin took her to the hospital and got her full body check-up to make sure that everything was fine with her and their pup. And most importantly, to know what were the things that he needed to take care of, from food to any activity, especially sex, of course.

After coming from the hospital, Ethlyn thought to pack her belongings, but that was already taken care of by her sister in laws. She didn’t have admitted by then, but she felt really very lucky to have such amazing family members.

“Mission? What mission?” Ethlyn asked in confusion.

“Well, practice and meditation, you can say. He has been learning to control his anger for the last twelve years.” Calvin replied, “I remembered the day very clearly when that sword had chosen him. It was my eighteen birthday, and I had shifted for the first time. Our lives had been changed by one eighty degrees that day. I wanted to be a human just like everyone had said one of us would be human, and Colton… he wanted to be a werewolf.”

“To be honest, I wasn’t happy with this decision of Moon Goddess, but Colton… that was the first and last time when I had seen him devastated. To become a werewolf was like a dream to him; on the other side, all the pack members had given him the hope that he would be a werewolf all his life for sure because he was so smart.”

“Colton was about to kill dad in possession of the sword, and Grandpa Logan came in between to save dad.” Calvin’s voice started getting heavy. “Grandpa personally talked with him that she shouldn’t blame himself for all that happened because it was his choice, but since then, he started thinking of himself as a monster, and that night…. I reminded him of all those things by calling him a monster.”

“I really wish I could apologize to him, but I know I can’t undo the damage that I had already done by speaking nonsense. He can forgive me easily, but what is the worst part that he won’t forget.”

“Don’t overthink, and let’s hope that he will find his mate soon.” She said before adding, ” But before that, I have to mark you; otherwise, you will also run behind her like a lost puppy.” She added, hugging him tightly. Calvin chuckled and hugged her back.

After a while, Ethlyn slept already, maybe because she was feeling tired because Calvin didn’t let her sleep peacefully last night. Unlike the other two previous nights, he was gentle yesterday because he was scared of her pregnancy.

And for a record, he was having sex with a pregnant woman for the first time.

‘Moon Goddess, Now I have started wondering whether our mate is alive or not?’ Calvin asked in his mind.

‘If she would have died before we would have found her, then Moon Goddess would have blessed us with another mate.’ Keanu said, ‘So, don’t blame her. Who knows if our mate is hiding from us? Or someone is hidden our mate from us?’

‘Maybe.’ Calvin thought and looked at the beauty in his arms.
