“Well…” Joey was grateful and sorry, “It would be too much to ask for you to come all the way for me.

Besides, Ben Hawk wants me. He wants to ruin me. I’m afraid it won't make any difference if you

come.”

“No, I’m not flying to China solely for you. I’m actually calling you today to tell you that I have a

performance in a local club in two days. So I’ll just take an earlier flight to solve the problem for you.”

Fiona’s voice was calm, “As for Ben Hawk, he’ll shut up and won't bother you anymore. You can count

on me. See you tomorrow!”
