CHAPTER 33

Atif knew why Mr. Omerdic was selling his property.

Because the man needs some funds to recover his mansion from being a collateral of his loan from the Original from NôvelDrama.Org.

He needs some money to pay his loan from the bank so that the bank will not acquire his property.

Mr. Omerdic doesn't want to lose the mansion because his family is used to living there.

In addition to that he needs more funds to sustain his company operation. He owns a small chocolate

factory. He needs investors or a source of money to prevent the company from shutting down.

While Atif is walking, getting closer and closer to the door of Mr. Omerdic office he is planning his

revenge towards Monika and Aleksa.

Atif is a kind person but he is blinded with anger at this moment. He is not ready to forgive them and

forget what they did to him even if it was too long ago.

Atif's plan is to offer Mr. Omerdic a large amount of money to fund the operation of his chocolate

factory. Atif will invest in this small factory to prevent it from shutting down.

In short Atif will offer him a favor which is hard to resist.

And when Mr. Omerdic accept the offer Atif can start his revenge to Monika and Aleksa because Atif

have the chance to get close to them.

Atif’s will make that offer to make Monika realize that she was wrong on thinking that Atif is just a

burden to them before.

He wants to slap on her face that the little boy who was abandoned by her long ago on the city street ,

whom she think that good for nothing will be the one who can save them from financial crisis at

present.

Financial crisis is a term commonly used when an individual finds themselves in an unsustainable

financial lifestyle, whereby their debt far outweighs their income and therefore they stand to lose

assets, such as homes. This can occur through poor personal management of money or unforeseen

circumstances.

Atif also wants to send Monika and Aleksa out of the house just like what they did to him before when

he was a little boy.

He wants them to feel what he had felt before being homeless.

Atif is planning to bribe the bank manager not to extend the due date of Mr. Omerdic loan.

Atif will do all he can to delay the payment of Mr. Omerdic to the bank.

He wants the bank to take Mr. Omerdic collateral as payment for his loan.

Collateral is a property or other asset that a borrower offers as a way for a lender to secure the loan. If

the borrower stops making loan payments, the lender can take hold of the items or house designated

as collateral, to recover its losses on their loan.

Atif remembers that it is the dream of Monika to find a rich husband for her to have a luxurious life. She

wants to experience living in a big house like this mansion that her present husband Mr. Omerdic have.

Monika’s dream come true. She finds a rich husband.

But unfortunately Mr. Omerdic suffers from financial crisis that almost result to bankruptcy that force

him to loan a large amount of money from the bank and made his mansion as a collateral.

So Atif's plan is to take away all of that from Monika and Aleksa as a part of his revenge.

Sorry for Mr. Omerdic because he had nothing to do with this but he will also suffer from Atif’s revenge.

Atif take a deep breathe before knocking on the door of Mr. Omerdic office.

“Knock! Knock! Knock!

Mr. Omerdic, stand up and walks towards the door when he hears someone is knocking on the door.

Then he open the door widely for it is just slightly open.

When he open the door he see Atif standing outside the door.

The smile cross his face and immediately greet Atif.

“Good day Sir! Are you the grandson of Sir Haris?” Mr. Omerdic exclaimed.

“Yes Mr. Omerdic. My name is Atif.” Atif answered.

“Oh, nice meeting you Sir Atif. Let’s get inside of my office.” Mr. Omerdic said.

“Same to you Mr. Omerdic. Thank you.” Atif said.

Then they both enter the office.

When they get inside the office it’s too obvious that Atif easily catch the attention of Aleksa.

Well the obvious reason is because Atif look too gorgeous and handsome in his business suit.

Aleksa is speechless when she saw Atif approaching together with her step-father Mr. Omerdic

Aleksa stared at him with a dropped jaw can’t move on her place.

Atif noticed the reaction of Aleksa.

Atif gave Aleksa a sweetest smile as he greet her. But deep inside Atif is too angry with her.

“Hello!” Atif said.

“Hi!” Aleksa answered.

And it’s too obvious that Aleksa’s faced blushed when Atif greet her.

While Monika greet Atif with a wide smile on her face.

“Hello Sir!” Monika said.

“Hello. Madame.” Atif answered.

Then Mr. Omerdic introduced Atif to them and vice versa.

“Monika, Aleksa. He is Atif the grandson of Sir Haris.”

“Nice meeting you Sir.” Monika said in a sweet voice.

While Aleksa remained silent and just watching Atif every move.

She can’t believe that their visitor is too good looking and sophisticated aside from being rich.

“Sir Atif she is Monika my wife and this is my step-daughter Aleksa.” Mr. Omerdic said.

“Nice meeting you Madame Monika and Lady Aleksa.” Atif said with a smile.

Atif smile even though his heart is full of anger this time.

It’s too obvious that Monika and Aleksa did not recognize him.

Well who would think that he is that poor little boy before?

Mr. Omerdic offer Atif a seat while Monika serve him a cup of tea.

Then after a while they get into business.

Atif give his bait- the proposal that Mr. Omerdic can’t resist- to start his revenge.

“Take it or leave it Mr. Omerdic.” Atif said after telling Mr. Omerdic his proposal.

Like what Atif planned he will offer a proposal that is hard to resist in exchange of what he wants to get-

to make revenge to Monika and Aleksa.

“Of course my husband will take your offer Sir.” Monika said before Mr. Omerdic can say a word.

“Yes I will. Who am I to ignore such kind of good offer of yours Sir? I badly needed an investor or large

sum of money to fund my factory operation and to prevent it from shutting down.

Atif smile triumphantly as if he wins the game when he heard the confirmation from Mr. Omerdic.

“If that will be the case. Our deal is closed. I send the corporate lawyer here the next day to arrange the

necessary documents and for you to sign the agreement.” Atif said.

“Thanks a lot Sir.” Mr. Omerdic said.

“Sir that will be a big help to my husband company. Thank you.” Monika said.

“You’re welcome. I’II go ahead for I have other matters to attend to.” Atif said and stand up from his

seat.

“Once again thank you Sir.” Mr. Omerdic said and follow Atif as he walks outside the door.

Mr. Omerdic accompany Atif until they reached the place where Atif parked his car.

Atif left that place with mix emotions.

He felt angry because he meet those persons again but he is happy in some way for his plan works in

an instant. Meaning he can start his revenge to those persons.
