“All done master,” JiangYi informs he stands up from his knees when I gesture him to rise.

“Good,” lifting the kettle I pour the tea into the cup, turning around I take my seat on the chair.

That little girl has heard something which she is not supposed to know when JiangYi spoke to the Butcher Bo Han, if any of these gets into Xing Xing’s ears my plan of over the years will be a fail. I decided to get rid of her slowly by not making it difficult but I’ve underestimated her. I never thought that she would dig up the past about her father and my son, after all she is the daughter of that bastard.

The mention of his name makes my blood boil, he was just a brat and deserves the tragedy. He just didn’t bother to arrest his step brother, I hated him from the day my father adopted him in the kingdom making that poor thing one of us as his father is a loyal friend of him. WenLing got everything like he was a prince born in the imperial palace and all our properties and power were shared equally. When we both enrolled in the imperial college WenLing got the first place making me rank second, he got all the appreciation and wishes for bringing power to the kingdom and that proud brat gave up his hold of power and decided to work as an officer. His nasty speech about justice and law are still ringing in my ears with all those claps. He ruined all my plans but he couldn’t get away from my plan to destroy him.

JiangYi has never disappointed me as he always completes his mission perfectly, he was the one who got the illegal documents of ownership of land for me. He misses some mission and begs me to forgive him like he couldn’t get the duplicate documents from Yi Han and I’ve forgiven him many times as he is really useful than others. JiangYi lost his job when WenLing joined the department, he was chased out for his bribing and illegal trade activities taking his grudge against WenLing as an advantage I used him. He clearly covered the death of WenLing by burning his body not even leaving an ash of clue behind.

After his death I planned to marry Qin to get the ownership of the properties her husband left for her. Knowing that she wouldn’t agree for this, I wrote a letter with the same handwriting like her husband telling her that he committed a crime and he is going to repent for it and also he wishes her to marry me after his death to keep them stable. She refused and didn’t believe that the letter was from her husband because she believes that he is a righteous man but later on I tried my best to prove that it was from him by my lies and finally she fell for it.

The main mistake which he made was to put his eye in my route, he somehow found out that I poisoned my father to get his throne and tried his best to prove it but that poor fellow left before he could do it. All I need is power and all the states to be under me and if anyone comes in my way they will be dead and I don’t care who ever it is even if it has to be my son. Even though that the death of WanKe was not a part of my plan yet it turned out to be a huge advantage for me. Xing Xing was supposed to be killed on that day but WanKe was hit by mistake. I was mad at that moment and I was about being greedy to kill the one who shot him but my mind changed when the culprit gave me an idea which was excellent of course yet I slit his throat for killing my son. Wanke’s mother passed away when she gave birth to him and I’ve done more for him to let him repay me with his life it’s just a return of kindness.

If XingXing disguises herself as WanKe then I can get the properties under her name at that moment as I wanted it to be and also if she goes to the academy and brings power to the kingdom I can get rid of her easily by exposing her identity pretending to be a victim by that way she cannot rule the whole state and be the top general as it will be passed on me.

“Did he hand over the documents to the department of law?,” I question expecting the answer as ‘no’ as if the documents are investigated my doings will be brought up.

“No master, he made an appointment three weeks ago but he couldn’t make it because it was the funeral,”

“He will be grieved after that incident, it’s better to leave him be as tomorrow is the exam and once the results are announced I’ll get rid of him the very next second.” Taking another sip of the tea I furrow my eyebrows when I remember it “You told that someone is helping him, Do you know who it is?.”

“Sorry to disappoint you master,’ he gets down on his knees immediately lowering his head “I couldn’t find out about him. He is always cautious.”

“Hmmm, it’s better to find out about him quickly so that he won’t discover anything, I’ll destroy that kingdom if I

know who it is,”

“What if he doesn’t rank first to be the top general?,”

“That will never happen, he will rank first and that little brat will do that for me,” the study fills up with my laughter of joy, I will be on top of everyone, everything, every place and all the states will be under me, no one can beat me. I’m sure that XingXing will try hard to rank first to make me happy and to be grateful for me.

“He did not find anything suspicious yet but I’m sure that he will, as soon as he comes back he will be locked down so that he can’t go out to find anything,”
