Rebirth of the Prime Dragon Master

Chapter 1905 Try Their Luck

Chapter 1905 Try Their Luck

"Wow. Don't you ever run out of things to do?" Vivian could not help but tease Rocky. In over a year,

she had seen him become a member of the royal Godly Geniuses from being an ordinary fief Godly

Genius. On top of that, she learned that he had shouldered the heavy responsibilities of saving the

Holy-Evil World and the Supreme Ether Land.

She admired Rocky from the bottom of her heart. Now that she was about to share the same

responsibility with him, she wondered if she could perform as well as he did.

"It's not like I have a choice. I'd actually rather stay away from all this trouble if it was at all possible,"

Rocky sighed bitterly. If it weren't for the fact that he wanted to go back to his original world, he would

not have opted to involve himself in the endless disputes of this world.

"By the way, I don't really know much about the spiritual race. Do you have any information about the

Ethereal Valley?" Rocky added. His knowledge of the spiritual race was limited, but he knew he could

rely on Vivian for help.

"I've been to their territory a few times, but I've only heard of its name. After all, it's the sacred place of

the spiritual race. People can't even enter it so easily." Vivian shrugged.

"Point taken. It seems we need to collect more information about that place. To do that, we'll have to go

to the territory of the spiritual race, but we have to find out where it is first!" Rocky responded

thoughtfully.

"Oh, that's easy. The Shura Race had sent spies there to gather information about the spiritual race.

Some of them are from our Ghost Fief. If we go straight to them, they might give us answers," Vivian

disclosed.

"Cool! I knew you could help me on this." Rocky's face lit up. Vivian had just presented him with a

connection that would save him much time and trouble.

Not knowing what to say, Vivian rolled her eyes at Rocky. She could not believe that the reason why he

brought her here was to cut corners.

"There's a town called the Silver Snow Town near the border. If I remember correctly, there's a spy

hiding there."

After Vivian's recounting, they put on a disguise and entered the border of the spiritual race's territory to

set out for the Silver Snow Town.

Their destination was located on the plateau. Since it was snow season, most cities and towns got

covered with snow. Nonetheless, it was quite a feast for the eyes.

Silver Snow Town was a very famous place among the spiritual race, especially during the snow

season. It attracted lots of members of the spiritual race to come and enjoy the snow in this town.

Meanwhile, Rocky and Vivian arrived at the town in its most bustling time.

As soon as they stepped foot inside, they saw that almost everyone was wearing thick fur clothes and

long boots.

They had not prepared such clothes, so they quickly attracted the attention of the crowd.

Fortunately, getting noticed was not much of a problem since they had disguised themselves before

they came here.

"Let's go buy some clothes like theirs first!" Rocky hurriedly proposed. Of course, they would need to

blend in with the others to avoid any sort of trouble.

Vivian nodded in agreement.

They went to a nearby shop selling fur clothes and got inside.

When they walked out, they were both wrapped in warm fur clothes.

They then headed toward the place where the spy sent by the Ghost Fief was staying.

Silver Snow Town wasn't big, so it didn't take them long before they found an inconspicuous wooden

house.

"This should be it." Vivian took a few good looks and confirmed that they had found what they had been

tracking down.

"Alright, you can go. I'll just wait for you outside," Rocky advised.

Vivian walked to the door and knocked rhythmically. In a few seconds, the door opened.

She then entered the house and swiftly closed the door behind her.

It took a while before Vivian came out.

"Did you learn anything useful?" Rocky wasted no time and asked Vivian once she emerged from the

house.

"It seems that Lady Luck is always with us. I've got the news that the spiritual race will open the

Ethereal Valley to the five great clans in half a month. At that time, all five clans will choose some

members to go inside," Vivian reported.

"Oh?" Rocky did not expect that things would happen so coincidently.

"I think this is reliable news since it has been spread. The thing is, only those members of the spiritual

race with spiritual roots are qualified to enter the Ethereal Valley. That being the case, if we want to

enter the Ethereal Valley, we would have to become disciples of one of the five great clans first.

Although, we still have a problem. Since we're not from the spiritual race, we might not have spiritual

roots," Vivian explained with furrowed eyebrows.

"Should it be necessary, we might have to replace two of the members of the spiritual race," Rocky

suggested.

"I'm afraid that won't be easy. According to the spy, the five great clans have different methods of

selecting their participants with spiritual roots. On top of that, the chosen ones will immediately be

isolated and strictly protected right after the selection. Our chances of replacing them will be slim."

Vivian shook her head in deterrence.

"I see. Things are getting tricky. It seems that we would have to sneak into one of the five great clans

first. After that, we can find a way to get us selected..." Rocky outlined. He was getting a slight

headache.

"Actually, the spy also told me that four clans are almost done with their selection process. The only

one left that hasn't competed theirs is the Wankong Clan. They're the weakest among the five clans in

terms of overall strength and competitive power. That means, even if their members went to the

Ethereal Valley, none of them could possibly measure up. This is why the members of the spiritual race

refrain from choosing to join the Wankong Clan in the first place. Maybe we can give that a try," Vivian

proposed after going into detail.

"Sounds good to me!" Rocky burst out as he felt a little excitement.

"Alright, let's see. It takes ordinary people a whole day to reach the Wankong Clan's territory from here,

so I reckon we'll make it there in just half a day," Vivian added.

After coming up with a plan, the two of them left the Silver Snow Town and rode Rubygon to fly directly

to Wankong City, where the said clan was located.

The Wankong Clan was known for their excellent medical skills, but they were definitely weaker in all

the other aspects compared to the rest of the four great clans.

For that reason, the Wankong Clan was finding it hard to select members with spiritual roots. They

were still far from their expected goal.

Upon their arrival, Rocky and Vivian climbed down Rubygon and asked it to wait for them outside the

city.

As they walked into the city, they noticed that Wankong City was much busier than the Silver Snow

Town. After all, it was the home of a great clan.

The Wankong Clan residence was located at the end of the city. Since Wankong City was built on a

mountain, the clan's residence looked like a castle. RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only

Rocky and Vivian followed the straight road leading to the clan's residence. Soon, they finally reached

their destination and stumbled across a large crowd that had gathered at the gate. Apparently, they

were waiting for registration.

"Whoa! There are so many people here!" Rocky took a good look around and shook his head.

"I'm sure they are all here to try their luck. Besides, if they take the test and discover that they have

spiritual roots, they'll have a chance to enter the Ethereal Valley," Vivian remarked, not surprised by the

scene.
