Chapter 51: CHAP 51 : CURIOUS

Liam's phone vibrated as he stopped at his work and took a peek at the notification. "Kristan Tien sent

a photo" is what it said. Curious of what stupidity he did this time, he double tapped the notification.

His reaction was priceless. Jealousy? Anger? Envy?? Whatever it is, all he could think of was giving his

friend a sweet lovely smack.

In the photo was a smiling Kristan and his V sigh gesture and behind him was Fae in a bench, eating

ice cream, while looking at the camera.

"I feel victory" Kristan hummed.

Fae couldn't find any traces of him being a possible minion of Sweet Hell. He wasn't wearing a certain

bracelet, and she doesn't think he even has one.

But she can never let her guard down. "Thanks, sis in law. Today was fun" Kristan smiles, sitting beside

her. "Fun?" she asks gulping her last bite of the ice cream.

"Yep. Hey, wanna hit the haunted house? It's still 8 pm" he points to the creepy looking house. "Sure"

she answers.

The duo standing up, they head in for the fun.

Kristan wasn't expecting this at all. He suggested the haunted house, looking forward to the

emotionless Fae shivering in fear as she clings on his arm.

But why is he the one clinging??

"Sister in law!! Please let's just hurry up to the exit!!" he sobs, tightly clinging onto her. "Kristan... please

soften your grip" she attempts to push him away only to fail.

"Alright, let's just run" she suggests, him continuously nodding. In a second, the duo started running

towards the exit not far from them.

Opening the door, Kristan finally let a sigh of relief. "Tha...that was so damn scary" he shivers. "Are you

alright, Kristan?" she asks, wondering why he was shivering so much. Is he injured??

"I'm... I'm fine..." he gulps. Going to a nearby bench, the duo sit down. "Water" she hands out as he

gladly accepts it. "Thank you" he sighs, gulping the bottle of water down.

With her on the front seat, Kristan started the car. "Thanks for today, sis in law. It really was fun, well

except for the haunted house" he averts his eyes, starting to drive.

"It's alright" she answers. She slowly inhaled. It's now or never. "I have a question" she states.

"Anything for you" he answers. "I was wondering about the bracelet on sir Liam's wrist" she asks.

"Why... do you ask that?" he states, a bit hesitant. "Well it looked nothing like a normal one. I was

curious, I guess" she claimed. "Then please don't tell anyone" he says, her nodding.

"Actually, Jason Ghate gave it to him when he was young. He was told to always hold it at all costs" he

answered. Fae was wondering why he stated Jason Ghate as Jason Ghate.

"I see, thank you" she exclaims. "You're welcome, sis in law" he grins. After minutes of driving, they

finally arrived. "Good night, sis in law!" he joyfully waves as she waved back. Closing the door, he

drove off.

She then went inside the hotel. It's nearing midnight, and she has to prepare to execute her plan. She

looked at her phone. "11 pm" she never thought going to an amusement park would take this long.

Done preparing, she got her car keys and went to the parking lot. Wearing her mask, covering her face

entirely, she went inside the car.

It's time.

She sighed, not now. She can't be lost right now. She scratched the back of her head. She has to redo

the map as she follows its instructions once more.

Alright, now time to roll.
