Chapter 1: CHAP 1 : MISSION START

"Mommy... daddy... where are you taking me??" a 7 year old girl nervously asks, gripping her mom's

hand tight. Just a while ago, her parents bought her a barbie doll and suddenly brought her to a narrow

place in the middle of the night.

And most suspicious of all, this was the first time her parents were this kind to her. By the time they

would get home they would instinctively beat her up but this time was different. As they stood there, the

woman, together with her husband looked at each other and nodded.

"We're here. Take this brat and give the money" the man stated, as a man's figure came out from the

shadows. "Very well. Jax, give them the money" the man in black suit ordered. "Here's your 2 million,

sir, ma'am" Jax states as the woman throws the girl to the ground and rushes to the briefcase filled with

money.

"Jax" the man says as Jax immediately understood. "Yes master" Jax says as he walks towards the

little girl. "No... Mommy! Daddy!!" the girl screamed, holding her barbie doll tightly in her arms.

"We're not your mommy and daddy anymore! Scram little bitch!! Thank you so much oh kind sir!!" the

man thanks him over and over again as he and his wife ran away, leaving their little girl behind.

"Mommy!! Daddy!!" the little girl sobs, not daring to scream and wail. "Little girl... they sold you for

money... They're not coming back anymore..." Jax sighs as he moves closer to the crying little girl.

"Stay away!!" the little girl screamed. "This is taking too long... Jax, hold her and lets get going" the

man sighs as Jax nods. "Sorry for this little girl". "No!!!"

beep--- beep--- beep--- beep---

"Mrnngh... 5 more minzzzz...." the alarm clock went on ringing nonstop. "Stupid alarm clock... Fae

wake up..." she groans as she shakes Fae. "Evie.... I still wanna sleep..." Fae groans as she pulls the

bedsheet over her.

"Dum dum Fae. Come on! Zion said he has a special mission for us remember??" Evalyn stretches,

Fae jerks awake and looks around. "Really??" she asks, tilting her head.

"Of course dum dum. Now lets go!" Evalyn giggles as she pats her head. "What's the time??" Fae

asks, getting out of bed. "Its... 7:58..." Evalyn and Fae look at each other, blinking twice as reality

suddenly slaps them.

"You're.... 30 minutes late... but early this time. I was expecting you girls would come here an hour

later..." Zion chuckles. "Err.... Sorry sir...." Fae says in her monotonous voice. Zion looks at her sadly,

but didn't show it.

"Fae, Evalyn. I assume you remember our chat yesterday?" Zion coughs. "Yes sir" the duo answer in

sync. "Good. And this time, your target is a minion of a certain organization" Zion exclaims. "His name

is Jason Ghate, the CEO of Fathom Company. His info is here" Zion says as he hands over a folder.

"Yes sir" Fae says as he takes the folder. Zion looked at her again, this time, his sad eyes were a bit

shown. "Then we'll be packing our things now" Evalyn says as Zion nods.

"Take care girls" Zion says as they wave each other goodbye. Walking away from Zion, Evalyn looked

at Fae. "Hey Fae... did something happen between you and your father??" Evalyn asks, as Fae

instinctively looks away.

'Bullseye' Evalyn thought. "Look, its been 10 years since you guys started acting so... awkward" Evalyn

sighs. "We're fine... We're totally fine. And let's pack or else we'll be late of mission" Fae says as she

speeds up her pace.

"He maybe your stepfather but its crystal clear you guys love each other. Argh, what's with your

"awkward" relationship..." Evalyn sighs as she catches up to Fae.

"Forget about that. Let's complete this mission with no sweat shall we??" Evalyn grins. "Of course

Evie... No sweat" Faye says as she pats her friend's shoulder. Evalyn looks her with a bitter smile.
