Chapter 84 Melissa, You Are Jealous

Murray stepped forward and stretched his hands against the wall, trapping Melissa between the wall

and him. His thin lips pursed slightly, and his tone was extremely cold. “Melissa, you are my fiancée.

How dare you date another man right to my face?

The cold aura around Murray froze the air in the restaurant.

Looking into the eyes of the Murray which were filled with anger, Melissa retorted without fear, “So

what? You can spend a fine night with Adela happily! Why can’t I have dinner with Jaylin?”

Once she thought of the phone call last night and the smug tone of Adela, Melissa felt flustered as if a

ball of cotton had been stuffed into her heart.

Murray was stunned for a moment.

He wondered, A night of romance with Adela?

What is she talking about?

“How did you know I was with Adela last night?” Murray asked grimly.

Melissa glared at him, “If you want others to not know, you shouldn’t have done it in the first place. Why

do you care how I know it?”

He nodded slightly and saw Melissa glaring with a pair of beautiful eyes. Her pretty face was filled with

jealousy, like a young wife who was angry and jealous because she had caught her husband and his

mistress in bed.

“Melissa, you’re jealous, aren’t you?” Murray chuckled and said slowly.

Although it was a question, his tone was very certain.

Melissa thought, Jealous?

He must be joking!

Why would I be jealous?

Murray is like nobody to me!

“No, I’m not.” Melissa glared at him, “Murray, who do you think you’re? Why should I be jealous? Your

relationship with Adela means nothing to me. It’s normal for you, the president of the Gibson

Corporation, to be dating all kinds of beautiful girls.”

Murray’s mood suddenly turned better when he saw Melissa was on the edge of breaking out.

His deep gaze fell on Melissa’s little mouth which was chattering. Murray suddenly leaned over and

kissed her, blocking all her rest words.

“No…” The heat on Murray’s lips passed to the lips of Melissa, making her heart race.

At this moment, Melissa felt as if a strong electric current had struck her. Her face was burning hot

and even her breathing was difficult.

Melissa subconsciously struggled and wanted to push Murray away, but she was pressed against the

wall by him and could not move a bit.

“Don’t move.” Murray’s low and hoarse voice sounded in the air. His deep eyes were currently

surging with dense lust, like a burning fire.

His big tongue pried open Melissa’s mouth and teeth, and he stuck his tongue in…

Waves of ripples lingered in her heart. Melissa’s brain seemed to freeze at this moment, and she

inexplicably stopped struggling,

As their breaths entangled with each other, Murray’s kiss was like a violent storm, overbearing,

passionate, lingering, and difficult to part with.

The temperature of the restaurant continued to rise, and the air was ambiguous…

After an unknown period of time, when Melissa thought that she was about to suffocate, Murray finally

ended this overbearing and lingering kiss.

“Murray, you… You’re a pervert!” Melissa came back to her senses and glared at Murray with

shame and anger.

She thought, Gosh, what was I doing just now? Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Why haven’t I pushed him away?

Murray smiled faintly, leaned over, and whispered in her ear, “I have nothing to do with Adela. Last

night was my father’s death anniversary. I went to the cemetery to pay my respects to him and

accidentally got drunk. Adela took me to her home. That’s all. There is nothing going on between me

and her.”

Melissa was slightly stunned.

She wondered, Is Murray… explaining to me?

“I’m not interested in the relationship between you two.” Melissa snorted.

Seeing that Melissa was still jealous, Murray raised his eyebrows, pulled Melissa’s hand, and sat back

down at the table. He said, “Let’s eat.”

Under Melissa’s surprised gaze, he called the waiter over, “Please, I’d like a steak.”

“Didn’t you say that the food here is not good enough?” Melissa was still unhappy.

However. Murray felt refreshed. He held a knife and fork with his slender hands and ate a mouthful

of steak elegantly. “Have you ever heard that a nan who is in high spirits can be satisfied with

everything around him? When I’m happy, everything tastes wonderful.”

Melissa was confused and thought, He’s happy?

He’s happy for what? For the kiss by force?

She glared at Murray angrily, but somehow her stomach growled.

“Hurry up and eat. Don’t starve yourself.” Murray said with a smile.

Melissa swallowed her saliva, picked up the fork from the table, and began to eat.

No matter what, she had to take care of her stomach first.

“By the way, what happened to Susie today? Why did she cause you trouble again?” Murray looked up

at Melissa.

It was obvious that Susie had provoked Melissa first, but then Susie had drowned herself and was still

unconscious.

However, because of the accusation of Claire and Trevon, Melissa was still in trouble.

The most crucial thing, for now, was to find the evidence that Susie had made a move. As long as there

was evidence, everything could be solved easily.

“Isn’t the whole thing resulting from you? Don’t tell me that you have no idea that Susie likes you!”

Melissa said angrily.

Murray chuckled when he saw Melissa being jealous again.

“What are you laughing for?” Melissa set down the fork and knife in her hands as her eyebrows

furrowed.

Murray was smiling so maliciously.

“Nothing.” Murray glanced at Melissa with a smile. Melissa’s jealous face was adorable in his eyes.

Seeing that Melissa had finished her steak in no time, Murray reached out and put the steak he had cut

into pieces onto Melissa’s plate.

Without any hostility, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

Just then, Murray’s phone rang. The call was from Alex.

“What’s the matter?” Murray answered the phone and asked in a low voice.

“Mr. Gibson, our men found Ivan in Geormia,” Alex said respectfully on the other side of the line.

Murray nodded and asked with a faint expression, “Have you found out who gave him the order?”

“No, on the second day after we found Ivan, he ran into a car accident and died.” Alex felt sorry. They

were so close to finding out who was behind this.

Still, it was a pity.

“He is dead?” Murray said coldly, “Go on with the investigation.”

“Got it!”

Seeing Murray hang up the phone, Melissa narrowed her eyes and asked, “What’s wrong?”.

“The men sent by Alex found Ivan in Geormia, but he died in a car crash,” Murray said in a deep voice.

“Really? He is dead?” Melissa was a little surprised.

How could it be such a coincidence that Ivan died the second day after he was found?

Behind this scene, there seemed to be a secret man controlling everything.

Who was it exactly?
