Chapter 45: Let’s Play a Game
“Change shoes?”
It didn’t sound like joking, so Shiyao drew her feet back immediately.
“No, I’m ok. Mind your own business.”
Shiyao smiled and urged You Ze on.
“Let’s go.”
You Ze sighed and held Shiyao harder.
Zhong Yi was singing aloud when the door was gently pushed open. Shocked by the fascinating lights and deafening music, Shiyao instantly closed the door.
“You do like this?”
Shiyao looked up at You Ze with doubt.
Hands stretched up high, You Ze shook his head firmly.
“I don’t, but my friend does.”
“What friend?”
Shiyao had never met You Ze’s friend since she knew him.
“You’ll see him soon.”
As You Ze slammed the door open, a loud noise came out again.
Zhong Yi stopped singing, and burst into laughter when recognizing the comers.
“I thought you weren’t coming.”
Besides Zhong Yi, there were five or six girls in the room, including Zhao Xue’er, who still had similar make-up to that of Zhao Xuehan.
Zhao Xue’er took a close look at Shiyao, who had a small size, an ordinary figure, an exquisite face, light makeup, and wasn’t outstanding in a crowd.
What You Ze liked was a chick.
Meanwhile, Zhong Yi carefully observed Shiyao, who had a completely different style from Zhao Xuehan, and was inferior to her in every way, except the sparkling eyes.
The hostile eyes nipped at Shiyao’s body like thorns. Under the dim lighting, bottles were lying all over the table; Zhong Yi sat among girls, his hands causally on girls’ thighs. Seeing this, Shiyao pulled gently You Ze’s sleeve.
“Your friend is also a host?”
You Ze’s mouth couldn’t help twitching. Shiyao had almost forgotten it when Zhong Yi’s behavior reminded her again.
“Well, he enjoys it.”
Since it was hard to explain, You Ze decided to keep acting to the end.
Having enough of their whispering, Zhong Yi turned on the lights in the room and stood up fuming.
“Hey, I invite you here to have a drink, not PDA.”
With the room lighting up, Shiyao was astonished at Zhong Yi’s clear face and covered her mouth.
“Zhong…Captain Zhong!”
She had met Zhong Yi in the company, where many attendants were his big fans. Shiyao stared at the half-dressed man Zhong Yi in disbelief. It seemed to be a big piece of news.
“Jesus! Captain Zhong is a host!”
It was unacceptable to Shiyao.
“Pardon?”
Confused, Zhong Yi looked at the dumbfounded girl Shiyao, wondering what she was talking about. You Ze pulled Shiyao to the corner and sat down, “She said you got a good kidney.”
Zhong Yi tucked his hair proudly, “Of course, your little girl is amazing. She can even see this.”
He smiled mischievously. In order to avoid his narcissism, Shiyao stood behind You Ze.
“No better than my Feifei.”
You Ze frowned and thought of Qiao Fei’s coquettish behavior, ‘Why does Shiyao like a gay?’
“Well. What you drink?”
“Juice.”
You Ze simply said, leaning on Shiyao.
As if hearing a big joke, Zhong Yi almost spewed the wine in his mouth.
“Are you kidding? You come here for juice?”
“Beer, please.” Shiyao shouted.
You Ze looked at her, puzzled. Shiyao consoled him with a smile.
Shiyao couldn’t drink much, and she would become obstreperous when getting drunk. Thinking of her drunken behavior the last two times, You Ze looked glommy.
“That’s my bro’s wife. You, go get some beers!”NôvelDrama.Org holds © this.
Two girls stood up to leave. Zhong Yi moved close to You Ze giggling.
“What’s up?”
You Ze squinted at Zhong Yi, who must have drunk much and looked a little flushed.
“May I chat with Mrs. You?”
“Don’t you dare!”
“…”
“I wanna drink a toast to her.”
“No, you can’t.”
“…”
Minutes later, the two girls came in with a cart full of beers.
“Here come the beers!”
Zhong Yi stood up, uncorked the bottles one by one, and then put them on table.
“Mrs. You, enjoy yourself, my treat.”
Shiyao looked shyly at You Ze, “Thanks.”
“Only one.”
You Ze pushed away all the other bottles, leaving only one for Shiyao.
“Look at you, so boring.”
Zhong Yi deliberately complained, and then brought the beers nearer.
“Eh… I’ll just have a taste…”
Shiyao was clear of her capacity, and would not embarrass You Ze in front of so many people. She heard from the servant that last time she was drunk and vomited all over the bed at midnight. Now she still blushed when thinking of it.
“And you?”
Zhong Yi excitedly held a beer to You Ze.
You Ze pushed it away with his hand and stared at the door coldly.
“I’m driving.”
Zhong Yi was completely upset, gazing at You Ze as if he were a monster.
“Hey, are you kidding?”
You Ze took out a key and swung it, which no one knew when he stole out of Zhong Yi’s pocket.
“Do you wanna have a try to see whether I am kidding?”
Zhong Yi hastily held You Ze’s hand, and kept on pleasing him.
“Ok, bro, my fault.”
Zhong Yi took back his key, threw it to Zhao Xue’er and idly reclined on the sofa.
“What a bore! You’re here with me and don’t drink?”
“How about playing a game?”
Zhong Yi patted his thigh, coming up with an idea.
“What game?”
Shiyao was curious. For a regular visitor to Qiao Fei’s bar, pretending to be a lady was out of the question. The moment she stepped in the room, she was destined to set herself free.
Since this was the case, You Ze might as well let her enjoy herself.
“The simplest game, Truth or Dare, you dare?”
Countless pranks for You Ze sprang up within Zhong Yi. Shiyao thought it over and nodded.
“We play Rock-Paper-Scissors. The loser can choose to drink or answer a question.”
“I play for him. Drivers can’t drink.”
Shiyao stood up to sit down between Zhong Yi and You Ze.
“Great!”
Zhong Yi grinned, waiting for a good show.
“I win. You choose one.”
Shiyao leaned on You Ze, holding her arms with a poker face.
Zhong Yi directly chose beer.
Shiyao won ten consecutive rounds, during which Zhong Yi had unknowingly drunk two bottles of beers.
“Go on.”
Zhong Yi wiped his mouth, never giving up.
Shiyao showed scissors casually.
“You, you, you, you lose,” Zhong Yi exclaimed triumphantly. Shiyao had to reach for a bottle.
