“Good afternoon,” it’s formal greet, bowed, and then raised his face and looked at the old man in front of him.

“Good afternoon, sit down,” offered him in response, he sat in front of the chair that the old man was sitting on.

He had been noticing its staring at him for a while, it hadn’t taken its eyes off him since he came and sat on the chair.

“Have a coffee first,” offered to him. “Maybe you want something to eat? Let’s order,” offered it seriously.

“It’s okay, the coffee you ordered is enough for me,” he was still wondering why the old man summoned him suddenly to meet.

“I am sure that you know me, right?” he asked, “why is your face like that?” just now he saw that Eloisa’s dad smiled after he saw him after he slightly thinly giggled.

“Are you nervous?” it giggled again a little weakly. “Why?” it asked again as he continued to open his mouth. “I’m sure you’re wondering, aren’t you? Why are you here and I called you?” Jayson curled his lip as he bit it too.

Jayson’s response was a thin smile as Eloisa’s father continued to explain why it called him and sent him today so they could meet and talk. “What I want to ask you is about my daughter,” it declared.

“I would like to tell you this first, Eloisa is our jewel, she is the only child of my wife and me,” it said

“I heard more about you and particularly about my daughter and you. Funny, right?” he smiled shyly.

Mr. Scotch also sighed after deliberately interrupting what he was saying when felt a slight tension between him and Jayson.

He sighed again, “I don’t know what’s wrong with you and my daughter.” It said again

Its breath, “I have to admit, I started paying someone to try to follow you, as well as my daughter after I found out about you and my daughter. And also the often unpleasant meeting between the two of you.” It a confession

Mr. Scotch took a deep breath again. “But, still, last night I found out that you are still the person at the bar. The man that all of Eloisa’s bodyguards mentioned, who called them and helped my daughter while she was very drunk,” it declared again

Mr. Scotch laughed, “aren’t you going to be angry because of what I did to you? That I hired people to secretly followed you and made you investigate information about you without your knowledge?”

“No, you’re the father and you have the right to do that. I think you have a good reason for doing that too.”

“You seem nice, and I’m glad to see that in person while talking and facing you.” It said, “you also be direct if you answer and be polite…” it breathed without removing the smile that peeked on his lips.

“Well you have a point,” said Mr. Scotch.

He will be really happy that Jayson is kind and polite. Of course, it is the father of the girl he likes. Why should he show an ugly attitude if this will be the reason for ruining the aforementioned compliments to him?

Mr. Scotch starts to think, about what he wanted to say and what his true purpose is as to why he had sent Jayson to meet him. “Jayson, I found out that you are the owner of the construction company that was in charge of my condominium project, am I right?” it started to ask

Jayson was not even surprised by what he can hear in Mr. Scotch after opening his mouth and talking.

Jayson nodded

“And…” Mr. Scotch stops from spoken

He looked directly into the eyes of Mr. Scotch. His chest was trembling.

“Marry my daughter, don’t you want to? Or, do you prefer that I marry her to someone else?” warning, threat

“Of course, I want to, who doesn’t want to marry your daughter?” Jayson suddenly seemed to be shaken and woke up, so he immediately moved and spoke.

“It’s good and we understand each other,” Mr. Scotch smiled very big. He felt very happy to see Jayson’s reaction in his eyes and to hear his answer personally. “It seems that I was right, you like him, is that right?”

Jayson bowed, he was suddenly embarrassed. He could not explain to himself what was happening to him now. He didn’t even think that maybe it was just trying him and maybe it was angry that it found out about his attraction to its daughter.

“It’s embarrassing, you’re right,” Jayson answered weakly. Mr. Scotch was laughing at him again, his voice was loud, “you’re too honest with your answers without explanation and sincere too, I’m happy to hear that I can’t see that you’re just lying in your answers while I’m in front of you.

“I won’t do that to you, I’m sure, you can be sure that I will love Eloisa, something I can promise you.”

“I’m glad to hear that from you,” Jayson was surprised when someone touched his hand when he saw it was Mr. Scotch holding his hand. He sighs and smiles

“Tomorrow I want you to formally come to the house and introduce yourself. Bring your parents with you so that we can discuss, prepare and plan the day when we will hold your and my daughter’s wedding. It is okay for you?” Jayson nodded.

“Yes,” he couldn’t answer anything but the excitement that could be seen in his appearance.

The strong nervousness and pounding of his heart left him when Mr. Scotch also said goodbye after they had talked for a few minutes.
