Marry Ex’s Uncle After Divorcement By Jacqueline Chapter 445

Chapter 445

Theresa was not going to be Charlie’s final choice.

Pat stood up and left the study. Eugene stood up as well.

Rose was still waiting outside the door.

“Dad, Uncle.” She had been waiting outside when they were chatting, hoping they could help Jimmy. She

probably would not be able to sleep tonight if Jimmy’s wounds were untreated.

Pat saw Rose and said, “It’s late, go to sleep.”

“Dad!” Rose pulled Pat’s arm and said, “Help Jim please, I’m begging you!” Pat always disliked Jimmy very

much, and what happened today made him realize even more how unreliable Jimmy was. Content © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Why are you talking for him? I’ve thought it through. I’ll get a lawyer tomorrow and have you two divorced,”

Pat said.

Rose looked at Pat with disbelief, “Dad, why?”

“Why? He doesn’t deserve you! And don’t go talk to Charlie, he’s still mad.”

Rose would only be asking to be scolded if she attempted to talk to Charlie about sparing Jimmy. Pat looked at

the servant on the side and said, “Send the lady to rest,” and left.

Rose looked at Pat as he walked away and said angrily, “Why is he like this?”

“I agree with him,” Eugene said, “Rose, be a good girl and listen, it’s for your sake.” As men, they all clearly

saw what kind of man Jimmy was, but Rose did not. She was too young, after all. To be merciful to her now

would be cruel to her future.

Rose was speechless having heard what Eugene said.

‘Everyone’s the same!’

The servant walked over and said, “Miss, I shall send you to rest.” The servant did not dare to disobey Pat’s

orders. Annoyed, Rose had no choice but to go back to her room.

In the study, Roderick looked at Charlie and said, “What do we do with Jimmy?”

“Leave him be,” Charlie said.

“You really didn’t hold back did you,” Roderick said, “It’s best to at least treat his wounds, in case he dies.”

Roderick felt Jimmy had suffered enough being left there for so long. Charlie glanced at Roderick and did not

speak.

“I’m going,” Roderick said. He knew Charlie was still enraged but Jimmy was quite badly injured, and Charlie

would be responsible if something were to happen to him. No matter how powerful the Calsis Family was, they

had to take the life of a person seriously in today’s society. Not to mention that girl Rose had been waiting

outside for the entire night. After Roderick left, Charlie sat on the sofa for a while, then stood up and left the

study too.

Arriving outside Theresa’s room, Charlie stood at the door and noticed Cristine was in Theresa’s room.

Theresa looked at Charlie and said, “Charlie.”

Cristina turned around and looked at him. Even seeing Charlie standing there with her own eyes, she still could

not believe it. Cristine felt Charlie was like an entirely different person now that he was standing! He was tall,

so he looked even better looking than before. Plus, he gave off a vibe of someone who was above all things.

Realizing Cristina was staring at him, Charlie was a little unhappy and said, “What are you doing here?”

“To see Theresa.” Cristina stood up and said to Theresa, “Babe, I’ll be going.” She then walked out. She

originally wanted to accompany Theresa a while more but she decided not to, in case Charlie thinks she liked

him.
