MARRIED TO THE HIDDEN BILLIONAIRE

Wendy slowly opened her eyes, she looked at Ashely in anger and Ashely pointed ahead of her, Wendy looked forward, and the people standing there waved at her and she fell from her chair.

“Grandpa, you guys are here, let’s not fill that ward, can someone people step out?” Mason suddenly walked in.

“Fine, I’ll wait outside” Carson rolled his eyes and walked out.

The others followed him, Mason gave Ashely and Wendy a look before they immediately stood up and ran out.

Mason then stepped out.

“Sky” Grandpa Mario came to sit on the edge of her bed, he dropped the soup on the table beside her.

“I was so worried to see you passed out on stage but I’m very happy to hear that you’re pregnant. How are you feeling now? I made you some soup” he smiled at her.

“Thank you, Grandpa” Skyler bit her lips as she thought of something. She thought it would be best to tell Grandpa of everything now before he finds out in a bad way.

“I’m sorry Grandpa,” she said with a bit of teary eyes.

“Why are you apologizing?” He asked.

“I didn’t tell anyone I was pregnant because I didn’t want you guys to stop me from being a part of the sales party. I was selfish Grandpa” she burst out in tears.

Kiara who was beside her only rubbed her shoulders.

Grandpa Mario sighed.

“You were being selfish but at least you came clean,” he said softly.

“But what if something had happened to the baby” she stared at him with red eyes.

“At least nothing happened to the baby, don’t worry Sky, I can never get mad at you” Grandpa Mario smiled at her.

Skyler raised herself so she could hug him. How could she or anyone not love this old man?

She pulled away and fumbled with her fingers a little.

“Mason is angry with me” she muttered.

“Don’t worry about him, give him a little time and he will come around” he replied and she nodded her head.

Grandpa Mario then stood up and faced Kiara.

“You are her mother, if this had not happened to Skyler today then we would have invited you over for dinner yesterday,” he said to her.

“It’s okay” Kiara only smiled at him.

Outside the ward, Ashely and Wendy kept looking around like they were seeing ghosts. They were sitting among famous people and most importantly, they were in the same room with the hidden billionaire.Property belongs to Nôvel(D)r/ama.Org.

He was sitting alone, lost in his thoughts.

“So are you guys like Skyler’s sister?” Ivy decided to start a conversation.

“We are her close friends” Ashely replied.

“And I’m a huge fan of you and Edna, I didn’t know you guys would be here if not I could have gotten a pen” Wendy suddenly said.

“I don’t mind going out to get a pen right now,” Ashely said and Ivy chuckled.

“At least I can get a picture” Wendy brought her phone.

“Sure” Ivy smiled and took pictures with them while Edna didn’t bother standing to meet anyone.

“Edna, take pictures with your fans” Emily whispered to her.

“But I’m ugly, I didn’t do any makeup” Edna replied.

“You will never look ugly to me” Ashely smiled at her.

“Sweet but still no pictures until I’m in my rich Versace” Edna insisted and no one said anything again.

Everywhere was quiet until Wendy decided to talk again.

“Sorry but is that guy over there Mason Delgado?” She suddenly asked and everyone turned to look at her including Mason himself.

She pressed her lips together before looking elsewhere. Everyone greeted Skyler and she spent some more time in the hospital before she finally got better and went back to the mansion.

DELGADOS’ MANSION ★

The family just finished having their dinner before everyone went to bed. The running tap of the shower was heard as Mason was in the bathroom.

Skyler just finished dressing up in her nighties, she made sure it was going to reveal too much. She wanted to settle things with Mason today, they hadn’t talked for two days and she felt like dying.

When she was done, she sat on the bed and crossed her legs with a kind of pose as she waited for him to come out.

Mason stepped out and she cleared her throat but Mason walked passed her like he didn’t see her. He went to his wardrobe and grabbed his joggers then pulled his towel down to put on the joggers.

Skyler slapped her eyes closed immediately but she shook her head. She wanted to seduce him but she was too shy to look at his own body.

She slowly opened her eyes and Mason was done dressing. He didn’t look at her as he went to lie down, facing the other side.

Skyler pressed her lips together and rolled over to his side, she hugged him from behind and rested her head on his back.

“Why don’t you wanna talk to me, it’s been two days are we gonna stay like this?” She said softly but no reply from Mason.

“I admit I was selfish, I wanted to take part in that sales competition, I was gonna tell you after, I knew I shouldn’t have can’t such a big thing to you but I am sorry please” she snuggled closer to him.

Mason still didn’t say anything and Skyler angrily turned him over. His eyes were open and his face was blank.

“You can’t be serious now Mason, I already feel bad, why are you making me feel worse!!” She stared at them with teary eyes but he didn’t reply.

“Mason!!” She called.

“Can you stop Skyler!! Give me a break would you!!” He finally spoke in a hard tone

This would be the first time Mason would be raising his voice at her even though it was just a little. She looked at him blinking repeatedly not knowing what to say.

He sighed.

“I’m not angry at you, I’m just angry at myself. I mean I should have noticed something was up with you but I didn’t, come to think of it, I’m not even a good husband” his voice held a lot of disappointment as he muttered.
