In the car, Madelyn glanced at Andrew, her eyes filled with curiosity.

Andrew pulled her into his lap, setting her down comfortably.

“If you have any questions, just ask.”

Andrew saw right through Madelyn.

She snuggled into his embrace and murmured, “I never thought Elijah looked old before. But today, he looked much older as he stood next to Easton. He appeared to be even older than Roger. Easton is already that grown–up, but Roger isn’t even married yet

The Garcia family was truly finished. Whatever Elena and Easton were plotting now, Andrew didn’t care. He doubted they could cause any significant trouble.

Madelyn didn’t give much thought to Elena’s schemes with Easton and Elijah. She quickly drifted off to sleep in Andrew’s arms.

When they arrived at the company, Madelyn was still sound asleep.

Andrew wrapped his suit jacket around her and carried her inside. He used the executive elevator to go straight to the president’s office.

As they passed through the secretariat, everyone noticed the person in Andrew’s arms and knew it was Madelyn.

At this sight, the female secretaries couldn’t help but marvel at Andrew’s genuine devotion to Madelyn. They thought he was indeed a good man. They wondered how Madelyn had managed to cause such a scene before.

With the incident involving Elizabeth in mind, the female secretaries in the secretariat dared not harbor any feelings for Andrew.

Valentina, who was in charge of miscellaneous tasks in the president’s office, approached with concern when she saw Andrew carrying Madelyn back.

“Mr. Miller.”

Andrew gave her a sharp glance. She quickly lowered her head even further in response.

Her voice dropped to a whisper.

“Ms. Sinclair is waiting inside. We couldn’t stop her.”

Andrew was taken aback at the mention of Natalie Sinclair.
