Chapter 70
The guards were at a loss and froze where they stood.
Chelsea saw that and said coldly, “Get moving! Are you trying to get fired too?”
The guards snapped out of their daze at once, then turned to look at Norman. “Come on. Miss Willow’s orders.”
Norman knew that there was no saving the situation anymore, so he glared at Chelsea. “You’re going to pay for this!”
He looked murderously at Wilbur one last time before turning to leave.
Wilbur’s expression darkened. “Stop.”
Norman turned around, looking at Wilbur. “I’m already leaving my job. What else do you want?”
“Didn’t you say that you were going to lick the bottom of my shoe earlier?” Wilbur lifted a foot, shaking his shoes. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org: ©.
Norman’s expression turned sour at once. “I’m warning you. Don’t go too far!‘
“Going too far?” Wilbur asked, then continued, “Don’t you think that harassing Nancy and the other workers here was going too far as well?”
“You” Norman was at a loss for words. His face turned scarlet as he stood there indignantly.
Chelsea did not say anything at the sight of this either, watching quietly
Norman had been the general manager of the store. Despite just getting fired, it was far too humiliating to have his now ex- subordinates watch him do something so shameful. He could not bring himself to do it, so he just stood there.
Wilbur chuckled. “Are you going back on your word now? I guess you can do that and just leave. I don’t know if Nancy or her colleagues would file a report and have the authorities looking for you after this, though. You might want to be prepared for some jail time.”
Norman knew then that if news of this came out, his life would be ruined forever.
He lowered his head, walked up to Wilbur, and slowly got to his knees. He closed his eyes, and his face had a hopeless look as he stuck his tongue out.
Yet just as his tongue was about to touch Wilbur’s shoe, Wilbur gave him a kick that sent him flying.

There was a loud thump from the collision.
Norman spun a full 360 degrees before landing heavily on the ground.
Nancy and her colleagues shrieked in shock at the sight.
Yet just then, Wilbur got to his feet and said coldly, “That’s just a little lesson for what you did. If I see you doing anything like this again, I’ll make sure you never touch another woman again. Get lost.”
Norman had never expected that this guy would be so good at fighting. He gritted his teeth through the pain, not daring to say a word as he left.
Every second spent there was pure agony. It was best that he just got out of here.
Just then, quite a crowd had gathered to watch around them. Wilbur saw this and said to Nancy, “I’ve got some things I need to speak to Miss Willow. We’ll talk another day.”
Nancy nodded, and Willur left with Chelsea.
Nancy’s colleagues stared at Wilbur’s figure leaving their sight with stars in their eyes.
They surrounded Nancy at once, bombarding her with questions.
All of them wanted to know Nancy’s classmate was so powerful, and also his relationship with Nancy and Chelsea. Has anything happened between them before?
Nancy could not handle the barrage of questions and stumbled backward.
Wilbur and Chelsea got to her office. They sat down and fell silent for a while.
At last, Wilbur was the first to speak up. I hope you don’t blame me for this. I didn’t do anything to Willow Corp”
