“Poor girl!” Mr Martin daughter said and burst into laughter. “Wait.. why are you crying?” mia asked.

“Am not crying, I was only laughing at your misfortune, did you think you’re the only rich kid in town, you’re so full of yourself then, the power belong to I, my elder sis and our parents now” Mr Martin daughter, Adele said.

“Am sure, you and your parents are acting drama” mia said and went inside the house.

“uncle!” mia called. “yes dear” mr Martin replied. “when are you going back to your house?” mia asked.

“mia, what sort of question is that, my wife told you we are here to stay, are you deaf, when she was saying telling you?” Mr Martin said.

“I thought she was joking” mia replied. “I am not joking, the early you accept us the better for you” Mrs Martin said and stood up.

she dragged her luggages and head towards mia parents room. “Mrs Martin, where did you think you’re going to?” mia asked.

“Am going to the room, did you have any problem with that?” Mrs Martin ask.

“you can’t go to that room, that’s my parents room” mia said. “Your dead parents right?” Mrs Martin ask.

“you don’t have the right to go to their room” mia said. “stop me if you can” Mrs Martin said and mia ran the her front.

“The visitor room is available for you and your family” mia said. “Do I look like a visitor to you” Mrs Martin said and gave mia a thunderous slap.

“How dare you slapped me!” mia said and gave her two resounding slap. “my parents have never lay their hands on me before, how dare, you” mia shouted.

Mr Martin move closer to mia and hook her by her neck. “let me go” mia said and kick Mr Martin in his forbidden area.

“Ahh!” Mr Martin growl In pain and leave her neck immediately. Adele hit mia on her stomach and she fall flatly on the floor.

“Darling, make sure you deal with her, how dare she slapped me” Mrs Martin said.

Mr Martin removed his belt from his trouser and wipe mia with it and mia shouted in pain.

She ran to her room and locked the door. “Am sorry my darling!” Mr Martin said.

“you don’t need to be sorry my dear, that girl is more spoilt than I thought, and I will so deal with her” Mrs Martin said.

“Yeah, we will deal with her, I will personally deal with her for slapping my mother” Adele said.

Claire walked into the house with her headset on and she was surprised to see Mr and Mrs Martin in the house.

“Hey, who are you and what are you doing here?” Mrs Martin ask. “I should be asking you that question” Claire replied.

“so rude!” Adele said. “I am mia uncle, so who are you?” Martin ask.

“So what are you people doing here?” Claire asked. “this is our new home” Adele replied.

“Are you for real?” Claire asked and mia came outside of her room immediately she heard Claire voice.

“Claire, come inside my room we need to talk” mia said. “Mia, who’s she?” Mr Martin asked and mia ignored his question.

“Mia, what’s going on?” Claire asked and mia explained everything to her. “This is serious, I don’t think I can stay in this house anymore” Claire said and walked out of mia room.

“where are you going to?” mia asked. “Am going to pack my things, I can’t stay here anymore because I don’t like problem, that your aunt looks like a troublesome person” Claire said.

“you can’t leave me alone in this” mia said. “I can my dear sister, I have suffered enough” Claire said.

“Where are you going to now?” mia asked. “Am going to my boyfriend place” Claire replied.

“but it wasn’t too long you met him” mia said. “yeah I know, he is rich enough to take care of me” Claire said and mia burst into tears.

“Mia what happened, why are you like this?” benita asked. “it my uncle and his wife” mia replied and burst into tears.

“what happened to them?” benita asked and mia explained everything to her. “oh, sorry my dear” benita said and placed mia head on her chest.

“where’s Claire?” benita asked. “She left!” mia replied. “where did she went to?” benita asked.

“she went to her boyfriend place” mia replied. “is she coming back?” benita asked.

“no, she parked out of the house” mia replied. “I told you that girl isn’t a good friend, she supposed to stand by you in time like this” benita said.

“Good afternoon ma!” mia greet. “Afternoon my dear, please don’t mind your friend, don’t leave the house for them” Mrs Joseph said.

“Alright ma” mia replied. “Smile for me, I don’t like seeing your face like this” Mrs Joseph said and mia smile.

“that’s nice baby, don’t hesitate to ask me if you need anything” Mrs Joseph said. “thank you very much ma” mia said. “hey let’s stroll out” benita said.

The next day.

“where did I point my car key?” mia asked herself searching all the drawer for it.

“And am late for school” mia said. “Adams!” mia shouted and went outside, where are my parents car key?” mia asked.

“The keys are inside” the security replied. “I can’t find them” mia said and ran inside the house.

“looking for this?” Mrs Martin asked and show mia, her key with her parents car key.

“Yes, what you doing with my car key?” mia asked.

“I will give you the car key, only if you go inside the bathroom and wash the cloth I gave to you earlier” Mrs Martin said.
