Chapter 404

Chapter 404

After thinking about it, Abigail walked over.

Just then, the elevator door opened. Liam walked in and stood inside waiting for Abigail. Abigail then

walked in.

His assistant Dan said tactfully, "Boss, I suddenly remember that I forget something, so I am gonna get

that first..." Content provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

"Sure!" Liam replied coldly. Dan smiled and left.

He felt so proud of himself...

He dealt with this situation so well. Thinking of this, Dan left while humming a tune to himself.

The door of the elevator slowly closed. Abigail stood inside, holding the materials in her hand, and said

nothing.

However, the longer Abigail remained silent, the unhappier Liam became. He turned to look at Abigail,

"Don't you have anything to say?"

Abigail was surprised by his question. She glanced at Liam and shook her head. "No!"

This answer made his blood boil.

"Abigail!" As he spoke, he directly pressed her against the wall of the elevator. Abigail was stunned and

stared at him. "Liam, you..."

"Do you know my name now? Didn't you call me Mr. Jones just now?" Liam glared at her and gritted his

teeth.

Liam wanted to bite her head off.

Abigail frowned. "We are in the company!" She looked up at the security camera. "There's a camera

here!"

"So what?" Liam said angrily, "Leo drove you here this morning?"

Abigail nodded and answered boldly, "Yes!" She did not feel there was anything wrong or that she

should hide anything. He had seen it all!

"Abigail, do you think I wouldn't mind?" Liam said angrily. The scene of them in the car flashed through

his mind, and he wanted to teach Abigail a lesson.

Hearing this, Abigail was even more puzzled.fWomen needs love, especially woman like Miss Swift.

"Mr. Jones, I don't understand what you mean," Abigail said coolly.

"I don't want you to hang out with him, but you still keep in touch with him. He even drove you to work.

Do you want everyone to misunderstand that you two are a couple?" Liam roared.

"What are you trying to say?" Abigail looked at him and raised her eyebrows. "Leo gave me a ride

because he was afraid that I would be in danger. Frank hasn't been found yet. Was it wrong for him to

drive me to work?" Abigail asked.

"Or, Mr. Jones, do you want something terrible to happen to me?" Abigail stared at him and asked.

"You-" Abigail was so eloquent that Liam didn't know what to say.

"You can call me!" Liam said.

Abigail's lips curved in a barely perceptible smile after she heard this. "Mr. Jones, you're pursuing me

now. How can you blame others for taking the initiative just because you didn't do it?"

Liam was speechless and frowned deeply.

The elevator door opened.

Abigail broke free from Liam. "Mr. Jones, if you didn't think of this yourself, why should I remind you?

Everything depends on how much you value me!" Then, Abigail walked out of the elevator directly.
