Chapter 18. Accept this relationship

•Arthur POV•

When I entered in room she was not there, I looked around for her and then heard water flowing in

bathroom. I heaved a sigh of relief.

I walked to balcony and lit cigar. Today moon is shining with all its zeast but my past is hunting me.

Remembering what I have gone through I felt disgusting if my body and want to screatch every ounce

of flesh from my body.

Only Robin can help me. "Bro after marriage you forgot your best friend and I know you must have

some work with me." his complaining voice came from other side.

"Shut up.. answer my questions or else I will get mad from all these voices"

"Arthur are you feeling dizzy again and want to destroy everything like in past.?" His voice held worry.

"No, it is not related to my health it is but to my feelings. I don't understand what is happening to me. I

want answer to my questions."

"Calm down and tell me what is bothering you. I will help you resolve it." ~ Robin

"Why I feel hurt and pained when she cry? Looking at her hurt expression I felt a pang in my heart. I

want her to be safe. When ever she comes near me my breath hitched, my heart start thumping fast.

She is not like those beautiful girls but there is something in her eyes that attract me like two opposite

poles attract each other.

Her brown colored skin suits her and compliments with her beautiful facial features. I like when she

retaliate and fight with me. I can't figure it out what is happening to you"

After pouring my hearts content in front of him I waited for a serious answer but I heard him laughing.

Did I tell him joke.

"Man you are so into her, I am so happy for you that finally you are interested in her."

"I am not jocking Arthur. You have developed feelings for her. You are in love with Tiffany."

I yelled at him "No, I can't fell for her. She is innocent and I don't want to drag her in my dirty life. My

stained past will affect her too."

"She is your cure. Believe me she will accept you when you will tell her about your past tell me who

don't have past flaws and what happened to you was not your fault. You are the biggest victim. Open

your heart to her and embrace all the happiness that you deserve."

I heard bathroom door opening so ended my call with Robin. "I will see what to do, for now bye I have

something to deal with."

I walk back to room to see Tiffany drying her hair leaving me stunned. What Robin said was true?

Should I also have the right to live happily.

Yes I can and I have the right to live happy life with my family. But will she accept my dark past?

She took pillow and and set it on couch and laid on it.

"You don't need to sleep there." I said to her but she acted as a dumb person and closed her eyes and

cover them with her arms.

"Tiffany I know you are hurt but sometimes what our eyes see is not true. I am man of my words and I

never break my promise.

What I am gonna say will sound a bit odd to you but I want us to accept this relation. But before that

there are many things that you need to know about me. I will respect your decision. And in position that

you saw me in office was not what you think. Reality is different."

•Tiffany POV•

I was hurt seeing him like that with another woman. Fake or real but I am his wife. He is now a married

man he should know his limits.

I was in no mood to talk to him but his words caught me off guard and I looked at him in disbelief.. He

wants to accept this relation..But what if he only wants to use me like he do with others.

"We can talk later. I am tired, please let me sleep peacefully."

I ignored him and turn my back towards him. After a minute I heard door open and then closed with his

far footsteps. I think he is going to meet any woman to water his inner fire. I did not realize when sleep

overtook me...
