Chapter 9
Chapter 9
"Ohh... okay" Disha said, feeling so special she'll be dining with Killian Mikaelson, the most handsome
billionaire in the whole of San Francisco who some people are dying to see.
She had felt special right from when he told her she'll be dining with them and she had almost jumped
at the offer but again she had a rethink.
"Let's go eat, enough of the dilly dally" Killian said and they both moved towards the dining table.
They had almost finished eating and Killian kept hoping Summer won't pop up anytime soon.
She's gonna be surprised to see Disha dining in their personal dining room and she'll ask what she's
doing here.
And then Disha would know he lied.
She'll start seeing him as a liar right from that moment.
Oh.. no.
He stared at Disha who was obviously enjoying the meal, even if he wants to stand up anytime soon,
he knew she's not ready at all.
Geez!
She just shifted another bowl of fruits closer to herself.
Sophia is done eating, she picked a glass cup of her favorite fruit juice and started gulping it down her
throat.
She had communicated with Killian with her eyes when she saw Disha in the dining room and he had
nodded, meaning he'll explain things to her later.
Killian shifted in his seat when he heard tiny footsteps on the step.
He hoped it wasn't Summer but again who among his workers has such tiny steps.
"Why can't you just stay put in your room, this little girl" He thought, feeling uneasy that his cat is about
to be let out of the bag.
"Dad" He heard Summer called before the dining room door opened.
Hell no!
"Stop her!" He suddenly shouted, scaring everyone out of their chair.
"Stop her!" He suddenly shouted, scaring everyone out of their chair.
The two bodyguards who stood in the dining room quickly ran towards Summer to carry out Killian's
order, while Disha and Sophia watched, open mouthed.
They were both confused without knowing what to say. Property © NôvelDrama.Org.
"Don't touch me!!" Summer screamed.
"Don't touch her" Killian shouted, confusing everyone the more.
"Dad! What's up with you?" Summer whined.
"I'm so sorry everyone, i never knew it was Summer" Killian pleaded.
Another lie!
"I thought as much" Disha said, breathing in relief before sitting back on the chair.
Sophia shook her head and sighed.
"Killian you really need a knock for shouting that much. Even if it wasn't Summer shouldn't have
shouted that much"
"You know how much i hate being interrupted when I'm eating" Killian said, he wasn't telling a lie this
time. He truly hates being interrupted when eating and his workers respected that.
"Of course i know but we all heard Summer said Dad before opening the door" Sophia said.
"Really? I didn't hear that" Killian defended.
"More lies! Killian!" His inner mind cried.
Sophia who knew how sharp Killian's ears are, he could hear the tiniest sound not to talk of how loud
and clear Summer's voice was when she shouted daddy.
There's definitely something wrong.
"See me in the kitchen after you're done eating" Sophia said to Killian who nodded.
She shifted back her chair and started walking to the door.
"You leaving already?" Disha asked after her.
"Yeah, I'm done eating" Sophia smiled, she dragged Summer's cheeks playfully before finally walking
out the door.
"Thanks for the meal" Disha shouted after her.
"You're welcome Disha"
"I'm so sorry i scared you out of your chair" Killian said to Disha.
"It's fine" Disha laughed and Killian should have laughed too but he saw how Summer looked at Disha.
She's confused that she's seated in their personal dining, she knows her father does not allow any
worker.
"Disha you're here, i gat no problem with that though " Summer said and Killian couldn't explain how
relieved he felt.
Disha only smiled and bit into her chicken.
" Dad my TV just switched off all of a sudden, dunno what's wrong with it" Summer whined.
"Really?"
"Yes daddy" Summer said.
"Zack go check it out for her and if it's something you can't handle, call Mr Brian.
"Okay Mr Killian" Zack said and followed Summer out of the room.
Disha finally gulped water down her throat after satisfying herself.
"Thanks for the meal Mr Disha" Disha said.
"Its fine" Killian said and Disha stood up to start clearing the table.
She wondered where to start from, cause the table is almost filled to the brim.
"What are you doing?" Killian asked her.
"I want to clear the table" she answered.
"No, don't do that. That's not your work." said trying to stop her.
"But i can help".
"People that'll do that are waiting by the door already" Killian said.
"Ohh".
Killian stood up and they both walked out of the dining room.
" I should go join Summer in the library,it's 3pm already" Disha said.
She know she's to join Summer in the library by 3pm everyday.
Summer had included it in her booklet.
"Ohh...okay but today is Sunday and Summer prepares for school instead" Killian said.
"Ohh, I'll go join her in her room then" Disha said as she walked upstairs into Summer's room
She met the bodyguard called Zack by the stairway and their eyes met.
The way he looked made her have a bad feeling about him but she just shrugged it off and proceeded
to Summer's room.
"It might just be misconception" She thought.
She walked into Summer's room and found her on her laptop.
Wow!
"Summer" Disha called as she made her way towards her.
Summer raised up her head and smiled on seeing Disha.
"I've been expecting you" She said.
"Really?"
"Yes, to help me prepare for school tomorrow" Disha said dropping her laptop and Disha saw that she
had been watching animation on it.
Her TV is totally blank and she guessed its something Zack couldn't handle.
" That man's face certainly had something to it" Disha thought worriedly, she does not doubt her
feelings.
"Summer, thanks for making me dine in your personal dining room" Disha said, smiling.
"Me? I don't get" Summer said, confused.
"Your dad said you're the one who wanted me to dine with you guys" Disha said.
"Me? ohh..yeah!" Summer said.
She did not remember saying that but maybe she might have said that out of excitement without
realizing it but it's fine, she wants Disha in their dining room.
"Thank you" Disha smiled.
"Its fine, so my school uniform is already arranged in my wardrobe by the way ... You'll just help me
revise my notebooks".
"Alright, where are they?" Disha asked.
"In my backpack, which is inside the wardrobe."
Disha saw another slice of strawberry cake in a little plate beside her bed.
"You must really like strawberry" Disha said, walking to Summer's wardrobe.
"I love it! Everything about that flavour excites me. It's the most delicious flavor you know" Summer
said.
"I don't agree" Disha pressed her lips together.
She loves vanilla more.
"Well i do" Summer beamed biting softly into the cake.
"Which flavor do you prefer?" Summer asked Disha, who had placed her hand on the wardrobe handle.
"Vanilla" Disha said.
"Geez! Vanilla tastes sour" Summer frowned.
"Well...it's the be.." Disha was saying but the content in girl's wardrobe had left her speechless.
It had four floors, the first floor contained sparkly ballerina dresses which almost took her breath away.
These dresses looks like it worth millions.
She won't doubt it if the amount is up to her monthly pay, they are so beautiful it nearly made her cry.
Summer has everything anyone would ever wish for.
