Chapter 630
In the cabin, Drake rested his face on his hand and stared at the mirror that displayed Debra's every move. "Sir..."
"What do you think she's doing?"
"She..."
Peter looked over and saw Debra curling up in the corner, unmoving.
"Maybe she's scared."

Drake raised an eyebrow. He'd seen people terrified out of their minds in this same room, but none of them acted like Debra.
That was not fear.
"Make some noise."
"Yes, sir."
Peter went out, and soon after, the muffled sound of women screaming echoed from the adjacent room. Debra, however, remained in the same position. Peter returned. "It's done, sir."
Drake frowned, observing Debra's lack of reaction.
"Is the mirror tampered with?" he asked, suddenly standing up. "Go open the door."
"Huh?"
Peter snapped out of it, grabbed the keys, and went to open the door.
When it swung open, Debra remained slumped in the corner. Drake strode forward, yanking her up by the arm. Still, she didn't react.
Drake frowned and felt her forehead.
"Mr. Lowe," Peter whispered, "is she unconscious?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Drake snorted.
Peter flinched, silently cursing himself.
Drake carried Debra in his arms and ordered, "Go get a doctor."
"Right away." Peter scrambled out, hurrying to fetch help.
Drake was supposed to torture and kill Debra. Now Peter wasn't sure about his intentions.
Within moments, the doctor arrived, checking Debra's condition before shaking his head grimly. "Her fever's dangerously high. She needs immediate treatment, or she could be in real danger." FindNovel
Peter scoffed, "It's just a fever. What's the big deal?"

"Fix her. I want her on her feet by the time we dock in three days." "I'll do my best."
Just as the doctor drew up the treatment plan, Drake spoke up again. "Send her back to the dark room. Give her injections there."
"But, sir, she's too weak to stay there."
"What, do you expect me to make special arrangements for her?"
The doctor fell silent, knowing full well Drake's ruthless nature even toward women. Peter gestured to the maidservants at the door. "Come, take her away."
