Chapter 38- Amara

“I will miss you.” She said to him.

Her voice broke at the end.

“I will miss you too.” Ajax replied with an equally broken voice.

“We will meet again someday Ajax. Till then, goodbye.”

Aria hugged him one more time and walked towards Ethan as he took her in his arms. Ben and Ethan

hugged Aria as she tried really hard not to cry. Ajax wasn’t any different. Steven joined the hug. I want

to kill that bastard for making my precious children to go through this.

“Ben come here.” I told my little Alpha who sadly isn’t a child anymore.

Pouting won’t do here. Why can’t babies be babies forever?

I chose Ben first as I know there will a huge drama coming after Zeno shifts. If he hurt my baby

anymore, I swear to god I will castrate him. Alpha or not.

Ben and Earl stood facing each other with me in the middle. Both of them looked really excited.

I placed one palm on Earl and the other on Ben’s chest. I closed my eyes and concentrated to become

one with the spirit energy. Once I felt the connection, I opened my eyes to see the spirit aura flowing

around me in every individual. This feels wonderful. I haven’t done this in a while, giving in full control

of my powers.

I focused on transferring Earl’s spirit energy into Ben. Slowly Earl started to lose his form and start to

merge with ben’s spirit energy. I heard ben groan as his body started to accustom to the new form I put

into him.

When the entire spirit energy of Earl was transferred to Ben, he fell to the ground on his hands and

knees. His bones started to break and reform as he screamed in agony.

“Everything will be alright Ben. Just focus on shifting. Focus on your inner wolf. This will be over soon.

It will be less painful next time.” I told him as I sat in front of him, heaving from the activity.

Using spirit energy can be really exhausting.

Ben screamed as his back and limbs broke and started to elongate. Soon his form was the size of the

six and half foot massive Earl, his clothes shredding to bits. His human features vanished completely

and he transformed into the alpha wolf he was destined to be.

Ben stood on shaky legs. He looked exhausted. I smiled at him proudly. His legs gave up under him

and he plopped down on the ground. He must be exhausted. He slowly shrank and shifted into his

human form, passed out from the first shift. Steven threw a blanket on Ben. I don’t know where he got

that but oh well. He picked the unconscious Ben and went inside the meeting house to let him rest.

I could see from Ethan’s body language that he wanted to go and check on his twin but he stayed put

with a very wide eyed Aria.

“Mom that was awesome.” She breathed out.

“I couldn’t see anything.” Ethan said frowning.

“But she did everything right in front of our eyes. How can you not see it?” Aria asked looking at Ethan

like he has gone mad.

“The only thing I saw after mom closed her eyes is that the three of them were slowly absorbed in a

globe of very bright light and then it vanished and ben started to change.” Ethan replied. “Mom is he

alright? Why did he pass out?”

“Earl looked so majestic mom.” Aria said grinning.

At least she forgot about the things to come for a moment but I have to get on with it.

“Zeno come forward.” I said with authority.

He came in front of me with shaking legs and stood opposite of Ajax with me in the middle. Ajax gave

Zeno a look of deepest loathing making him shrink back. He looked like he would shit himself any

moment.

I placed one palm on Ajax and my other on Zeno’s chest. I closed my eyes and focused on the spirit

energy once more and opened my eyes as I felt the connection. Slowly Ajax started to lose his form

and vanish. I could hear Zeno groan in pain as his spirit energy merged with Ajax’s. He also fell to the

ground as soon as Ajax vanished completely.

“Focus on your inner wolf and let it flow through you.” But he wasn’t shifting. What is happening here?

“Let it flow through you Zeno. Focus.”

“He… is refu…sing to shif..t.” Zeno groaned.

“Ajax let him shift. What are you doing? You will end up killing both of you this way.” I said in an alpha

voice.

The yellow eyes of Ajax flashed in Zeno’s for a second and then Zeno screamed in agony as his limbs

and back started to elongate. In a few seconds he shifted completely and stood on his shaky legs but

his eyes moved to a very frightened Aria. Their eyes met and Zeno fell to the ground with his eyes still

on her. He shifted completely into his human form.

“Mate.” He mumbled and passed out.
