Chapter 65: New Artist

I visit the agency to check on my brother. I will be meeting our new rising artist, Trish. Unlike Lisa, she's

a singer. So she has actual talent on her pocket. Now she's our star and the spotlight is focused on her,

we need to give her more projects.

I am seated in between Drake and Andre, in front are Trish and her manager. She seemed so nervous

to see me. While Andre looks so worried on my reaction towards Trish. So technically I just met her

today. I will judge her according to what I saw on her performance from the file Drake sent me last

night. And according to what they told me about her. Now I can see she's pretty indeed. And she's so

young to get a big success on her own like this. As I observe to Andre's face, maybe she is the new

love interest on this guy that's why he looks so anxious about how will I react to meeting Trish. His eyes

are scanning all my expression. I can feel his anxiety with the poor pen being pressed on and off by his

right thumb.

"Can you stop that Andre, I can't focus here." I tild him while giving a sharp look on his direction. "What

are you worried about. I like her so much. Ms. Trish is a pretty young thing. You have a real talent

which will bring treasure to our company."

"Yeah , I'm just worried what is on your mind since we don't really have the same opinion on things all

He is challenging my insight over Trish. But I like this girl. I think we have the same good feeling to this

lady.

"Trish here is the thing! You're so young and your Public Image is so innocent but we over used the

innocent characters already on this business. So I'm thinking of a May-Decembef Love Affair sort of

story for you if it's fine with you to do this kind of movies. How about you tell me your limits on the

phone then I will do the Script within a week so as early as next month we can start shooting. With

regards to your singing career, Drake will be in charge to it. Shoot music videos for three songs or more

before we start shooting, this way we can maximize your time. I stated on a serious manner, other

people involve listens on what I say as well. I signed the 5 years extended contract of Trish that day.

She is so happy with our plans towards her career

"Thank you Ms Tara! I am so honoured to be working with you. I love your works!" She said

overwhelmed of what she heared.

"The pleasure is mine. I see a big star in you. You just need to protect your image. And be careful who

you give your trust in this industry. And lastly don't be destroyed by men." She is smiling as she listens

to my advice. I'm not sure if she is really listening or she is just focused on being happy. She is so

grateful. That's what she is. Drake and Andre congratulate her and the manager. Trish is a little sweaty

and cold. I can tell in her hands she's nervous talking to big people.

"I will surely take care of this opportunity Ms Tara." Trish declared with confidence. Hope she won't be

like Lisa.
